    Company has been billing be every 15 days since June 1, 2023. The company site sells no services, and only has 1 forum to "cancel membership" that requires you to enter full card details. The website is srngeglms.com. This website offers no services or products, and is working from stealing credit cards and running them until people find out. The corporation is based out of CA and labeled as a "stock company". Contacted customer support and they couldn't look up any information related to the purchases and required my full credit card information to "look up details". When asked for details about products or services that they sell, they immediately gave me a fax # to "send a subpoena" to if I wanted any more information. This is fraud in every sense of the word and now I have to go through the process of filing fraud requests with my card company and renewing all memberships and bills.

    We have received your complaint #******** and take all consumer matters seriously. Upon researching this issue, we were unable to locate the membership in our system with the information provided, customer name and email address. To continue with our investigation of this issue, please provide us either with an alternate email address that *** have been used to create the membership, the first 6 and last 4 digits of the credit card that was billed, or the confirmation number he might have been provided with when contacting our service department. Also, for security concerns, we never ask for the full credit card number and only ask for the first 6 and last 4 digits.  Upon receipt of the additional information,we will immediately continue our research into this issue.
