    I saw a pending transaction using my bank app that showed srngeglms.com and the phone number. I immediately went to the website and their site is a bunch of nothing. They use vague words and say not to request a stop to the transaction because it takes time etc. At this point, I called my bank but, they told me i could. only file a complaint after the charge went through and was no longer pending. That frustrated me so, I called the number associated with srngeglms and got a customer service person. She wad able to find my transaction by lady name and the last 4 digits of my card. I know I shouldn't have given her any information but, at this point they were already able to charge me - I just wanted to see what would happen. Well, lo and behold the charge was reversed as seen by me by checking my mobile app again. The service rep told me she had reveraed the charges and stopped any subscriptions attached to my card. Still, before getting off the phone with the customer service person - I told her that the company she works for is disreputable and crooks for charging people unbeknownst to them unauthorized charges. And that was it. I do hope I don't see ant additional charges by this company in the future but, for now I am relieved to see those charges reversed. Thx.
