1 starHorrible customer service. Their website never mentions returns except if someone picks up the mattress. They make you pay for return shipping if you opt to do it yourself! That is not risk free! Do not buy from here.Review fromNicole S

1 starThis company is horrendous! I ordered a $2,500 mattress 2 in a half weeks ago and have yet to receive a shipping update. I called numerous times after the 2+ week mark to have each representative all of which who were very difficult to understand (not sure where they are based, but accents were strong), could not provide updates and advised they would “call back” which of course they did not do. At the end of the day, I don’t feel comfortable ordering products from a company that is unreliable and can’t provide customers with an appropriate status update other than “in production” after 2+ weeks. If they told me it would ship this week, at this point I wouldn’t trust them with how horrible the customer service has been and how you can’t get any direct answers after spending $2k. Really poor customer service representatives. My first time ordering and not impressed! Happily canceled my order and ordered elsewhere.Review fromdelaney j

1 starI think that a website that doesn't allow you to submit reviews is definitely negligent and untrustworthy. It's impossible that the lowest stars on their website score is 3 stars. Well it's possible when you can leave a review. I had a customer service rep try to tell me the company has been in business for over 60 years which was a blatant lie. The pillows are not as described or shown on their website, and you can't return it even though it's hasn't been opened or removed from in their "sanitary" piece plastic. They aren't returnable because they are crap, and they know it and you can't leave reviews because if you could they would likely be out of business. Don't buy anything from here.Review fromRachel L

1 starI would not recommend this company to anyone! If the product has an issue or isn't as described, they will not refund you. I purchased a mattress topper from plushbeds in December 2022. One of the main reasons I chose it was because the website said the topper is odorless and it has great reviews. Upon unpacking the topper, it had a strong smell and was poorly cut with jagged edges. I decided to let it "air out" in my guest room. After a few weeks, it stilled smelled strongly and I was unable to sleep with it on my bed. I contacted plushbeds who were extremely difficult to work with. They first offered a topper cover which I declined since my bedsheet did nothing to mask the smell, so I doubted a cotton cover would. They then offered to exchange the product, but honestly, I don't want another topper and if I am going through the hassle of trying to pack this thing back up, I want my money back. After many back and fourths they gave me a 30% discount and now I have a topper that I cannot use. Since their website said it was odorless, I think they should have offered a refund upon returning the product. Lastly, they have yet to post the review I submitted to their website last month detailing this experience. No wonder all the reviews on the website are good.Review fromMelissa M

5 starsI purchased a handmade wool topper for my old mattress and it’s as if I replaced the entire thing. I work long hours and needed a mattress I looked towards to at the end of the day, without spending money. Allan from sales recommended the wool topper and it’s definitely a game changer. 5 starsMy rating is based on the customer service received. I received my order on 10/25 and thought the mattress was too firm. Upon reaching out to customer service they informed me of a comfort change we could try. They charged me $99 for a deposit and I received a softer layer to try on my mattress. That change made my mattress way more comfortable than imagined. My wife and I rolled up the firmer piece and returned it to PlushBeds and my $99 were returned.

1 starI purchased a mattress foundation last week from this company. The foundation slats arrived with approximately 30 holes, very rough wood, and very flimsy support. I am very doubtful these slats could hold a mattress with so many holes and the thinness of the wood, much less people on top of the mattress. Second, the center rail is supposed to slide down I slats on the top and end pieces. However, the slat was bent and the center rail would not slide, making the slats "see saw" on top due to not laying flat. A mattress could not be placed d/t it would actually damage the mattress due to the unevenness of the slat. Thirdly, the entire piece was covered in what appeared to be "sawdust" However, I can not say for sure what the debris was. The box was so torn and tattered that I could not send it back. The customer service was very rude my first 3 calls ( I Called every day for a week to get resolution and did not receive any). Finally after about a week, Mary (assistant manager) offers 50 percent discount. I am now stuck with a terrible low quality foundation that I have to hire someone to dispose of. I am unsure how this company can be in business. I see many complaints on this site. The company would not publish my review on their website. I based my purchase on the reviews on their website. I now see why there were no negative reviews, they won't allow these. I question the reviews on their site now.Review fromKimberly W

RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Purchased a twin mattress botanical bliss. It is not “too soft”, it is just SO POORLY MADE it folds as you lay or sit on it! They will NOT exchange the mattress for a different one, they will ONLY exchange the 2” layer on top! They say you have 100 night risk free trial, but they attempt in every way to make this not really a thing! They put you through the ringer if you want to return. Every time you call, its a foreigner, so I HIGHLY DOUBT these are “made in the usa” or are a small “family owned company”. I made the mistake of going with them bc they were significantly cheaper than Avocado Green Mattresses or even Saatva. But THERE IS A REASON!!! They are a cheap enough price that it sways you to go with them, but still expensive enough for them to make A LOT off of scamming you. I have ZERO doubt these are imported from china. We will now be out the $149 fee for them to pick it up and send it back. They pretend you dont have to pay that if you box it and send it yourself…. But that would cost close to $500!!!! Plushbeds is a scam!!!! I should have known when I ordered bc the “manager” I spoke with was VERY condescending and did NOT like my questions AT ALL! He got snippy with me! Avocado Green answers EVERYTHING gladly, with full clarity! They explain the different densities, their bake process, even the returns are ACTUALLY free, 365 night trial, ACTUALLY made in the usa, customer service is in the usa, and they welcome a customer’s desire to know what they are truly getting. They NEVER take the mattresses back to the wharehouse, and instead schedule pick up and send them directly to a shelter or charity. Plushbeds takes them back and probably resells them, regardless of if they would say they dont. Spare yourself the headache, STAY AWAY FROM PLUSHBEDS!!!!PlushBeds

5 starsGreat company & products. We purchased an organic mattress with an adjustable bed. Excellent quality and incredible comfort. Shipping was fast and free. Everything was packaged beautifully. The mattress is beautiful and high quality. Customer service was also very helpful when ordering. I have recommended to all of my family and friends.
