      BUYER BEWARE. I purchased the Hotel Chamber Down & Feather Pillow after careful review of the specs and photos. What I received was not what was promoted on their website. The product I got in the mail was literally FLAT AS A PANCAKE, and they are making it impossible to return. I wish I could attach photos to this review to show the difference between what was advertised online vs what my pillow looks like. Absolute trash.
      The must be buying these things from China for $5 and marking the price up to $130. Essentially, this is a scam.
      I left a 1-star review on their website, but as many others stated, I bet it will be screened. Also dealing with their call-center "customer support" is slow and tedious.
      If you are here to figure out if you should buy anything from PlushBeds or not.... run away now.

      I was accidently shipped a twin rather than the queen I thought that I ordered. I blame this issue on the functionality of the companies website. Each time I selected queen it would jump back to twin. Once I had it on the queen like I wanted it, I went ahead and placed the order thinking I was getting a queen. Regardless, I should have kept checking the emails updates on the order. The real issue here is that they are charging me $156 to ship the twin back so that they can ship me a queen. I am not moving forward with the purchase of the queen because all CS did was gaslight me and not help me. I am just asking for them to waive the $156 to ship it back because I am sure that they make a large amount off revenue off of these very expensive mattress's. I will be taking my business to another company that does charge for returning these very expensive and large items.

      There was a shipping deposit that was requested in error and we apologize for that over sight. We received the returned item and our customer service manager provided you with a full refund on this order. We appreciate your feedback.

      Buyer beware! I placed an order for about $2500.00 for a mattress and foundation knowing if I was not happy, I could return my order within the 100 day period. I could not sleep with this mattress but gave it time like they said. I then paid the extra 99.00 fee to get a new latex insert to see if that would help, still could not sleep. Finally was told they would send someone for the pick up to get a refund, only to be told that the foundation, which was cheaply made with the wood was exposed with no cover on the bottom of the mattress gave me splinters while putting my sheet under the mattress, it had cracks in the slats, poor assembly directions, it did not fit together well, customer service was not helpful, and even when together it creaked. Very poor quality and uncomfortable to sleep on yet not refundable, what a load of bull. I was told if it was not comfortable I could return it, they never mentioned even if the foundation is not to your liking or comfort level you still cannot return it and you are out $500 for a piece of cheap trash that I have no use for now. Beware of what you buy from this company.

While the 100-night sleep guarantee is not provided on foundations, they are covered by a ten-year manufacturer's limited warranty. In looking at your order, I see that our customer service manager submitted a warranty claim for your foundation and a refund for the purchase price of the foundation was provided to you.
