  If there was an option for 0 stars, that would have been my first choice. The products are not designed for large dogs. It took my dog less than 5 minutes of herding to pop the inside of the herding ball. Would suggest so many alternate companies that stand by their products. Also, customer service is a joke as they are severely understaffed!! Probably due to all the warranty returns.

  Products are mediocre at best with horrific customer service. Was told I needed to order by 12/6 to ensure Xmas delivery. Fine, whatever. Ordered 12/8 because does my dog really care if it’s delivered the day after? Probably not. My order still hasn’t shipped and getting them to answer emails without a vague response is like pulling teeth. “N*****” said that orders can take up to 7-10 business days to ship yet we are past these timeframes and my order still hasn’t shipped. The item I ordered is supposedly being discontinued so why do you not have this sitting in your warehouse ready to ship? The reviews on the website are filtered out and inaccurate. This company only ships to 48 states … there’s literally no way they are so bombarded with holiday orders FOR DOGS that they can’t ship within a reasonable time frame.

  Beware of this company advertising for sale 'in stock' items. Once you place an order you will be told that the item is taking longer to ship than normal, as in up to nine business days may elapse BEFORE your 'in stock' product ships. The company blames this on too many orders ahead of yorus that they have not shipped out, so you are essentially in line for shipping. This statement is untrue. They are waiting until orders come in to produce products, so they are advertising for sale what is not available until the order is placed and it is produces. This is not true for all of their items, only some. If you call to inquire about a delay or to ask for a specific shipping date, they can NOT provide an exact shipping date. So either they are completely incompentent with regard to shipping management of orders and/or again, they are not being fully up front about the actual inventory they have on hand. I will NOT be ordering from them again, escpecially after reading the other negative reviews and noting that they have a 1.75 out of 5 stars.

  Crooked scam of a business!!! I am a very wronged customer. Their warranty practices cheat the customer out of money. I paid $270 for high end quality scratch and bite proof dog bed and in the end the bed failed after 15 minutes with my dog in the crate and the replacement from their warranty failed after 2 days. The replacement bed they recommended which was their best product, costs more than what the business was willing to give me in ordinance to their warranty, $126 refund. I was only entitled to the recantulguar cover. If I wanted their top of the line bed I would have to pay an additional $40 dollars.
  I tried to resolve this over the phone and emails. All that was regurated back was basically you lose we upheld our end of the warranty. This is a very poor attitude to have as a business.
  Their sole job should be in creating and promoting returning customers and positive word of mouth so that the business can grow and thrive. Instead I was given the warranty information which I already knew with a cold heartless and quite unempathic way!!! The loss of $270, which to the average blue collar family tjese days, is a lot of money. This business failed me in the end as a customer.
  I understand they sent me the cover and gave me the warranty without any hiccups but the result was the same their best products are not as durable as their website claims to be. This business should be ashamed of themselves.

  Buyer Beware…
  I purchased the deep den dog bed for my two dogs and they loved it. Sadly it was discontinued. The replacement oval bolster dog bed came out and I bought 2. I expected my dogs to have the same great experience. To my shock and dismay it was quite the opposite the quality was greatly diminished and there were several safety concerns.
  I tried calling to speak with management but they never called back. So I left a 1 star review to warn others however they removed my review within 24 hours of posting. So a few days later I tried again and once again they removed the review. I then lodged a bbb complaint about the misleading way they post their reviews and tried one more time to contact the seller. This time I got management and it was confirmed that they do not approve all reviews. Which gives a very tainted view of their product.
  Please know not only is the material thinner on this new bed but the pillow does not fit snugly into the base making it easy for diggers to remove the pillow. Both the bed base and the pillow have a zipper with a pull. One of my two dogs got their paw caught in the loop of the pull and had the pillow attached to his paw the other chewed the pull off and nearly choked. Be warned if you have small dogs.

  If I could give a negative star I would. not only did my 10 month old samoyedt bite through the pad in 10 minutes but I didn't realize was a store credit and not money back. It's very deceptive. They makes it sound like a true guarantee. But obviously they don't stand by their products hence a store credit. Then the representative says oh, you got the wrong line. You need the chew proof but when I pressed her. It's the same exact material as this. It just has a metal frame around it. yeah right. Terrible company!!! Out $120 for NOTHING

  False advertising
  Review by Anonymous User I ordered the orthopedic 7in rectangular bed XXL and the description said it had dual zipper covers. ( which is the main reason we got it ) when it arrived it did not have dual zipper covers. We sent an email to the company and they just told us , oops sorry it doesn’t come with that, we fixed the description, just return it if you don’t like it. They did not make any effort to make this right except offer us the standard 30 day return policy that they offer to everyone. After waiting over a week for a $300+ dog bed, I expected more. Considering the inconvenience and the size of the bed that I have to figure out how to get the inflated mattress back into a box They are requesting us to have returned to them. ( xxL) very disappointed in the Customer Service

  This company is the worst about getting in contact with them after the purchase of an item from them. No return phone calls, no return emails, no return text messages. All I want is a warranty claim form to submit to them. That website displays web page not found so unable to do a claim.

  Like other reviewers, this company offers false promises and crappy products. My small terrier dug through one of their dig resistant, crate pads in less than two days of use. When I contacted the company about this, they offered a replacement but refused a refund. If your product does not work as described why would it work the second time? Is your cost on the product so low that you would rather just send our more product than refund the customers. It makes sense given the product qualtiy is not what they say it is. This is terrible business practice and false advertising of their products. DO NOT BUY or do business with this company. Their website is full of fancy marketing and shady practices.
