  The WORST quality products ! Misleading advertising.. I bought the dog beds and chew proof harnesses . The dog bed is ugly with cheap monogram on it and made of rubber like upholstery that even digs don't want to lay on and the harnesses were able to be chewed through in 3.23 SECONDS !

  They claim their pads are strong enough to withstand diggers, scratchers and chewers. My puppy chewed through one within less than 3 weeks and since it was under warranty they replaced it. My puppy obviously learned it's weak spot because she did it again within a week. When I contacted K9 Ballistics for a refund they said since they replaced it once under warranty there would be NO refund. This is terrible customer service because what they're doing is promising lies, giving you replacement lies and keeping your money. $89 for nothing but a hard mats with holes in them. I'm sorry I ever scrolled upon their ad.

  Sadly I purchased 8 of the "chew proof, indestructible...lasts a lifetime" beds and they lasted about a year, maybe two before the fabric delaminated and failed. The company first claimed "we have never seen this before!" and then, when showed the exact same issue in all 8 beds they capitulated, saying "yes that does happen." Like, what??? Their advertising shows dogs digging at the beds and claims that the beds will "last a lifetime." A lifetime of a fruit fly maybe! This wasn't even an issue of dogs chewing or harming the beds, it was simply the beds rotting from the bottom up and failing. The company offered me ONE replacement. I bought eight beds! I'm out $1200+ and they offered me ONE replacement fabric??? It's clear this company did not properly test their fabrics, but still run the same ads claiming the fabric "lasts a lifetime."

  Hi ****! We checked our emails with you but couldn't find any photos of the issue you're describing so it's hard to be sure, but it sounds like you're referring to the waterproof coating on the underside of the bed. This coating does wear away with time as the bed ages and gets used, and while it does mean that water can start to pass through the material more easily, it won't affect the integrity of the ballistic material itself. Applying a water repellant restorer like Revive-X to the fabric will help prevent water from getting through the material for older beds, and we also sell replacement slings by themselves under the Accessories section of our website.

  BEWARE of K9 Ballistics. Last week, Friday, I ordered two (large) Chew Proof Armored™ Dog Crate Pads. I promptly called the company and spoke to "Bianca" to change my order to two (extra large) Chew Proof Armored™ Dog Crate Pads. Instead of stopping the order, she stated the order was already shipped and I had to accept delivery, and then return the two large pads, subject to shipping charges of $30.00 X 2. At that point, I was dismayed with the self-centeredness K9 Ballistics was willing to portray. I received the two (large) Chew Proof Armored™ Dog Crate Pads this week. I filled out the applicable form on the K9 Ballistics website and submitted it, but I did not receive any return labels in my inbox. I called the company and spoke to "Francisco". He showed no interest in my complaint(s) and my suggestion to change K9 Ballistic's self-centeredness. He ultimately informed me that he had to get off the phone to help other customers. I had to call the company back because unlike other companies, it took a long time to receive the labels. On top of that, Francisco did not email me the discount code in case I still wanted to exchange the two large pads for two extra large pads. Again... K9 Ballistics is very self-centered. Unfortunately, unlike their competition, K9 Ballistics has shown they are extremely money hungry as well. Again, BEWARE!
