      I wish I could give NEGATIVE STAR reviews! This is a terrible company! I mistakenly set up updated payments to an older account after they took over our HOA. They dont inform you if you are late in any month - they proceeded to Email me after 2 months with all penalties and interest. I was out of the country due to a family death, and they proceeded to do a title search that they charged me for, and threatened me with a lien on my property - this is in a $2MM community and I was delinquent by less than $650! AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!

      I have had the worst time working with Amber Hindley. Not only does she push and not provide accurate information for residents, but she interrupts you during HOA meetings to make sure she gets her point across. What concerns me is our HOA takes advance from her when she has pissed off so many residents. I have documentation showing that she is enforcing "rules" that are not even rules. I have no respect for her and the way she conducts herself. Please do not use CPM.
