    CHARGED ME FOR SERVICES NOT RENDERED. CANCELLED ON 09/06/23 SCHEDULED SHUTTLE SERVICES FOR 09/20/23 & 09/22/23; REC'D EMAIL CONFIRMATIONS FOR ACTION. REC'D EMAIL ON 09/21/23 THAT SHUTTLE FOR 09/22/23 IS CONFIRMED, EMAILED BACK THAT THIS SVC WAS CANCELLED; REC'D CALL FROM REP STATING SHE SEES THE CANCELLATION SO DIDN'T KNOW WHY I HAD REC'D EMAIL; & NOTED MY CARD WAS CHARGED ANYWAY. INFORMED ME THAT ONLY MANAGER COULD REMOVE CHARGES. HAVE TRIED TO SPEAK W/ MANAGER, L**** SINCE 09/22/23 TO NO AVAIL. THE TWO REPRESENTATIVES I SPOKE W/ ON 09/23/23 & 10/02/23 WERE VERY, VERY RUDE. BOTH WERE CONDESCENDING, NON-APOLOGETIC, L**** IS NEVER THERE OR IN ALL DAY MEETINGS. WHEN ASKED ABOUT SOMEONE ELSE TO SPEAK WITH, REFUSED TO PROVIDE INFORMATION, ASKED FOR POLICY ON MAKING COMPLAINTS, WAS TOLD THEY DON'T HAVE ONE AND I WAS HUNG UP ON. THIS IS A FEDERAL GOVERNMENT TRAVEL CARD THAT I MUST PAY WITHIN TWO WEEKS OR RISK REPERCUSSIONS FROM MY AGENCY. THIS IS A FRADULENT CHARGE FROM THIS BUSINESS DUE TO NEGLIGENT OVERSIGHT AND FAULTY BILLING PRACTICES. I DESIRE THAT THIS CHARGE IS REMOVED WITHIN 48 HOURS AFTER NOTICE. I BELIEVE THIS IS STANDARD PRACTICE ON THEIR BEHALF TO COVER ACCOUNTING ERRORS.

    On October 25th I booked a shuttle to the airport for 6 passengers for my in laws. My total was $150. I gave my credit card info and got a confirmation number. On November 10th (2 1/2 weeks later) I got a charge for $402 on my credit card. They added a $67 gratuity. My mother-in-law also gave a $50 tip. I called to see why I was charged so much more. They said they emailed me the change which they did but, I have never checked my personal email since I had already received the confirmation number with me authorizing the $150 charge. In total we gave them $452 including the tip my mother-in-law gave. When I called all they could tell me was they emailed to let me know of the price change. They never once called me despite having my phone number as well. I emailed them to get this resolved. I never heard back. I asked for a $252 refund.
