      I now have 5 of these mats in different sizes for different doors in our homes. A few are for the dog others are My pup uses the mat as a soft place to lay. I believe he finds them cool and comfortable. Thanks Middy Mat. I did not think these were for real but they really work well for many uses. ***** ***********

      No home should be without muddy mats. Whether you have a dog or not, it reduces dirt, moisture and debris from paws and shoes! My workload cut down miraculously after getting our muddy mats! I have 3 mastiffs that love to tromp through the mud! I won't be without them!

      I have the runner and two medium. I absolutely love them. The amount of moisture and mud they collect is amazing, especially since we have 4 dogs. I highly recommend these even if you don't have pets because people track mud and moisture also.

      Order placing was tricky - I did get the no slip pads refunded by calling. However only one of 3 mats i ordered and paid for was shipped and I am still going back and forth by phone and email to get the other 2. I wish I would have checked the BBB reviews before I got involved with them. I do not recommend anyone buy anything from this company.

      Poor customer service. Do not click on free gift as you will be charged for items. Tried multiple times to cancel order immediately. Instead of canceling, muddy mat continued to offer discounts. Order was processed and sent. Cost me another $20 to ship back. I would suggest you find a different dog mat company!!

      Very good at taking your order and money and on never sending you your product! Buyer beware!!! Run away as fast as you can. Not the same company it was a few years ago! Horrible customer service (nonexistent!)

      Ordered in January - it's now mid April and still getting continuous runaround from customer service. Most recent excuse is that one part of order is "out of stock" but will be restocked on ** date. That date comes & goes, no word from company, I reach out again and they give me a new restock date. I should have just gotten a refund when first realized things were sketchy but kept hoping they'd actually follow through.
