      I ordered a mat from this company on Dec 18th which they stated if I ordered within a few hours the would have the mat to me by Dec 23rd..They took money out of my account immediately!When I did not receive the mat by the end of Dec I started to emailing them stating I did not want the product and would like a REFUND.After several and I mean several emails.My account has not been refunded.I will be sending a COMPLAINT to the BBB..DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.Please reads review first..I WISH I WOULD HAVE!!!

      I placed 2 large orders in September and still waiting after 3 follow ***** Got tracking numbers but not actual shipping numbers for ****** When I've checked the tracking number, it is stuck in their warehouse in ************, not with ****** Their customer team have promised twice now they will expedite the order but clearly have not done anything. Seeing if they will provide a refund given I paid through Paypal. Not worth the hassle. Can't even rate them a 0

      I was browsing the muddy- mat site and accidentally ordered apparently because I had 3 charges on on credit card for $85.10. I asked for verification as I received no email confirmation of the order. I emailed and finally got a reply a week later. I have requested the order be cancelled and my card refunded. Now the emails are fast coming with nothing but more scams and bs. "Our fulfillment of orders is overwhelmed with orders", "I have expedited your order request", "We will give you a $100 credit to use", "we will send them to you and issue a 30% credit" 6 emails back and forth and my only reply is please cancel and refund my money. Another email with more propaganda and here I am, warning everyone to stay away from Muddy-Mat, they are scammers!!

      HOrrible experience, ordered early December and was told it would arrive by December 23rd, it didn't I called and they said it shipped late on Dec 19th, still not here January 7th, made multiple calls being on hold for ever, told that they were reshipping it late december but still nothing. Seeing these reviews show that is most likely not worth getting anyway. Just now after 30 mins on hold I get told to leave a message. This company should get zero stars and a negative rating

      Just received our muddy mat the mail a couple days ago. We are dog sitting 2 dogs in addition to our own 2 beagles so I was really hoping this would work! Dogs came in from the back yard with slightly wet/muddy paws and we now have dirty opaw prints all over our kitchen floor!! I'd have to say it didn't work.

      I would give this zero stars if I could. I placed an order on December 12. I've checked my email everyday for an update or tracking number, still do not have one. I've emailed the company, no response. I've called the company and was hold listening to elevator music for 30 minutes. I was also charged an extra fee. The total balance and tax does not add up correctly. At this point I want a FULL REFUND. With Christmas right around the corner, I'm very disappointed and upset it had to come to this.

      I am tempted to give this business 0 stars! When I was ordering, I expected to spend $100 or less. I ordered 4 muddy mats. Other things kept coming up, floor grippers, and a couple of other items. I accidentally hit it and it said I ordered them and my bill was over $200! I emailed *********** offered me gift certificates to use later. I told them that is not acceptable. They have done it his 3 times!!!! Right now I don't want ANYTHING from this company. Be careful, it's a scam!!!

      Put my order in September ********************************************************************************************* it would be 3 to 5 more days. I paid through PayPal so I got hold of them they sent something to the muddy met people and suddenly my rug is on its way received it not what they advertise flimsy rug no nonskid backing as the advertise piece of junk if I didn't think it would take another month to get a refund I would send it back this company is definitely a rip off they claim they ship from ************* it is my belief that they ship from ***** to someplace in ********** and then it goes on from there they are dishonest company do not back up their product very very disappointed not to mention Amazon sells better rugs larger And cheaper. I am getting so annoyed walking over to my door and straightening out this piece of junk rug.
