  The email I sent them:I placed an order on 2/10/23. After a month of hearing nothing I called to be told I'd have a tracking number in 72 hours. Well a week went by and I received no communication. I called back and was told if I changed the blue to gray it would ship in 72 hours because the blue was on back order. Another week went by and I received nothing. I called again today 3/21/23 and was told the other items were now on back order. I asked several times to speak with a supervisor but was told none were available. I have since cancelled my order as this is ridiculous. I love the product but the customer service is positively awful. I was offered a $100 credit for my trouble on one of my calls. Seriously? I can't get the order I paid for why would I want that? I can't wait to post my review on every platform I can find. People work hard for their money. You should be ashamed of lying to them about their orders, taking their money and giving them the run around on products they don't receive.*******

  This company must be a complete scam.Stealing money.Stealing money.Stealing money.$99.90 was the amount I spent with this scam back in January.After countless emails and cookie cutter replies, I never received my products.All I received was a run around.Clearly lies, because I they say the same thing to everyone, based on what I have read through in this page.I finally requested a refund.I have yet to see this credited to my account.3/20/21 Do not purchase from here.Home Dynamix makes the product they are selling. Buy from them.

  This is the worst company ever. They charged me for things I didnt approve. Its been over two months and I have received nothing. She said it had been on backorder, but now is on the way so cant cancel order. Then she provided me with a fraudulent **** tracking number. A scam company for sure.

  Star rating options should include 0. Same story pretty much, except that I cancelled my order within 24 hours of ordering because I read some comments. They took my money AFTER I cancelled. Very interesting that no product was sent until my bank began an investigation on refund. That was 5 weeks after cancelling the order. It is now 3 months later, lots of emails, and no refund. Oh and the clincher was when the order came, I immediately contacted Muddy for a return address, only to be offered a gift card, or a discount, etc, but no address.......It cost me another $27 to ship back using the address it came from. Now I am told it has to be received at a different address. Well I said "you should get to work on retrieving it then from your facility" ! Total scam. ****** learned.

  Wish I could do 0 stars also wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. Product was received as expected but didn't preform as expected. I had to contact multiple times to request a refund because they kept trying to get me to keep the defective mats. I had to pay for return shipping, then didn't get a full refund because the charged me for the initial "free" shipping. VERY unhappy with them. Never again

  If I could give ZERO stars, I would !! Terrible company - Charged my credit card without shipping product. Other companies don't charge until product is shipped. Called "customer service" and baby was crying in background. I asked rep if she needed to tend to the baby and she said "no". Baby was crying so loud I could not hear the conversation. Still no product, but they took my money !!!

  Ordered almost a month ago and nothing has been delivered. Must be another ******** scam with fake comments. Way to go Muddy Mat! I really wanted to like your product!

  When I was on their website and looked at an item, it was automatically added to my order without me knowing about it. So I ended up paying for expressed shipping that took over 2 months to get. Only received my order after contacting PayPal for reimbursement for not getting my good ordered. They have 2 different email addresses. They never replied to and emails. It is like they are "A ************** ********
