  This place is a scam. I placed an order on January 11, 2023. Called customer service and was told they are on back order. I asked to cancel the order and issue a refund. Then came all of the "we'll give $100 store credit if I did not cancel. I had them cancel the order anyway. I just hope they refund the money.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

  Really nothing more I can add that isn’t in all these other comments. It’s a scam and you never get your mats. The customer service must be based in India and they don’t give a shit either. Should be a lawsuit against this company. STAY AWAY!!!!!

  Absolutely horrible company. Ordered products on 12/25/22. It's now 2/13/23 and I still haven't received anything. Have emailed and called many times. Each time I was told something about warehouse problems and that my order was being accelerated. I always asked for a tracking number and haven't received that either. When I called today and said I will register a complaint with BBB and ask my credit card company to intercede to get a refund, the MM representative hung up on me. I immediately called back and repeated my intentions. This time, the MM representative processed my refund and sent email confirmation to this effect.

  I purchased 3 mats for my dogs. The mats are stated to be washer and dryer safe. After 3 months the rugs completely disintegrated. I never dried them, only washed them and the edges all came apart and the rubber on the underside disintegrated. I called customer service and they refused to replace them as it was past their 60 day policy. I tried to appeal and the company was extremely rude. These are very expensive and the quality is extremely poor. 100% do NOT recommend.

  As others stated, I should’ve read actual reviews before purchasing from this “company”. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. For some reason I believed all the Facebook comment “reviews” which I now believe were all fake accounts. It’s been over a month and I still have not received any tracking info. I emailed them and did get a response, however their response was that they always ship within 24-48 hours and that they might be backed up. Their follow up email after I responded was definitely a red flag of being a scam. I spent $129 which they immediately took out of my account and I’ll probably never receive this order.

  We ordered several mats in mid-December and initially were promised to receive them before Christmas. Then there was a delay. On January 24, 2023 we received notice that the order was cancelled. Following that notice we asked when our money would be refunded. No answer. On February 1, 2023 I began contacting them about the cancellation and refund. They kept saying they wanted to help and kept extending an offer for additional mats. I repeatedly told them to just refund our payment. The company noted that the email about them canceling the order was actually just that there was a delay in the fulfillment; even though they didn’t make this clear.
  Today, February 3, 2023 we received notice that a shipment label was created with a tracking number and that cancellation was no longer an option. This prompted a call to their customer service. I was told at this point there is no way to stop the delivery and all we need to do is to return the items once we receive them. When asked whether we would be required to pay for the return shipping she was unable/unwilling to give a clear answer.
  I am not hopeful that we will ever see our refund. An expensive lesson. Learn from us and avoid this company.

  DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! Ordered in December and as of 2-2-23 still nothing called and emailed still no answer as to where my $200.00 worth of mats are! Sad, Have 6 emails and 8 phone calls! i keep getting emails stating they are back in stock! Web page states if you order within 9 min they will be here by Feb 7th, i let the time run out and refreshed the page the 9min counter started over! what a SCAM!!!

  ITS A SCAM, order was 80 dollars more then I shopped for. Placed over in November of 2022 and still have yet to get mats, all they do is at it's coming, or we will give you a credit. All I have asked for since December was for a refund... Do not use this company

  I ordered 3 muddy mats 11-26-22, still have not received my order. I have talked to Customer service three times . Each time they said it was on priority shipping and would come next week, still have not received my order. I called X-XX-XX said I would like my money back. They offered me discounts to buy more I stuck to saying refund me and All of the sudden the there phone started to break up then phone service went out with them

  So its been TWO weeks asking for a REFUND! From an order in DEC that they have NOT shipped and have NO timeline. They keep trying to send me deal instead of refunding my money. DO NOT ORDER! You will NOT get your product! I wish I would have checked here first. They are a scam of a "company". Doing a chargeback today as that seems to be the ONLY way I will get my money back! They keep offering me % off of my order instead of refunding me. I've asked no less than four different times and each time they offer me a "never before have I offered this" % off. No I don't want to support this company at all. Total Scam. If I could give negative start I would.
