    Received a Deluxe Grow Kit 19 days after it was ordered. Came in a cardboard box with no support and an uneven weight balance making it difficult for the shipper to handle as well as the end party. The box was severely damaged and many items had visible signs indicating that these items in the packaging could be damaged. It appeared from the cardboard placed at certain locations that the shipper attempted to close of the box from the damage. There was no shipping list/document for the items contained within the box, so there is no way to tell if anything is missing from all the damage done to the box. There was a single small Butterfly bolt that was loose inside the box. Have no idea whether there are supposed to be more or to what it goes to. Did it come from one of the other items in the Kit, or should it have been separate. The company sent a shipping notice with a tracking number that was for a second container with two separate grow boxes from the kit. The second shipping number was included at the end of a note that was sent in a separate email, to which I paid little attention to since it did not have the same link to the shipping number the original shipping document contained and the number for the costly part of the shipment was missed. Although this was later resolved by the customer service rep, it should have been in the shipping notice, linked like the first, and clearly visible. Not impressed with any part of what has occurred.

    ZERO STARS - I purchased a beginner kit on their "4-pay" on 2/29/24 and first payment posted on credit card 3/1/24 (DO NOT DO 4-PAY as they request access to your bank account information - which is stupid in this day and age of hackers). No order confirmation, nothing in my account, no responses from contact forms, phone messages and emails. Company is a scam and have posted same to my ******** page.

    I purchased 2 bottles of nutrient shots and got the package today, the bottles are suppose to be 16 oz each but when I weighed the bottles they both weighed less than 10 oz each.. so they shorted me 12 oz of the nutrient shot.. and I paid 32$ for the bottles, a absolute rip off..

    I purchased the deluxe soil kit it took 4 delivery and still didn't get everything. The tent was not the one I ordered they sent me one from rx tents there old company that went out of business. The fan broke within two days. They don't answer phone when emailed I was told the tent I ordered was out so the sent my old stock from another company and told me that's it

    I've ordered twice from this company . everything I got came in on ************** was great. All that I am growing is working out great I'm glad I chose Bud Grower for my plant growing and I'm about to order again .Lets go Bud!!!

    If you're here reading about this company just know before you order, expect not to receive what you paid for. They list one set of items on their website and send you bottom of the barrel products for a premium price. They rebrand Mars hydro gear(pretty easy to tell when the tests say "Mars hydro" all over the mylar inside, the lights are also Mars hydro. Usually the ts1000(150 watt light) tossed into a "****w 4x4 kit" for over $1600 then when asked where the correct lights were, we were given the line "these much better product then what we show" how so? I asked and never got a response, if you're new to growing or not you know 300 *****(from 2 150 watt lights) is no where near enough power for a 4x4. So long story short is They charge you 2-3x the price that you can get from Mars hydro.... FOR THE SAME GEAR(literally)

    Received a light that was/is making a buzzing noise. Reached out to them multiple times to get the problem resolved and have not received a response. Everything else in the order was receive with no issues.
