    Order 1 tent from them. Great product easy to install and set up their directions were on point and made it so easy. I just received 2nd tent. Both came not on time but way early. Ill be buying more. AAA+++. *******327

    Soil they sell for an insane amount of money was littered with THRIPS that almost completely destroyed my grow. When I returned the soil to them after alerting them, waiting MONTHS for a response, and having to fight like heck to get someone to talk to me or help me when there was a problem, I was told to ship it back and I would get a refund. I shipped it back, spoke to the owner **** and he promised my return in a few hours. Months later, still not a cent from them. Hundreds of unanswered phone calls and many many emails that were never responded to, I finally got ahold of them. The issue started in March 2022, I didn't finally hear from them again until AUGUST! The owner refused to speak to me and his chronie **** said that the owner "changed his mind" about giving me a refund. When on earth was he planning to inform me of this?!?! Now not only did I have no soil, which was unusable anyway, but now they stole almost $200 from me!!! Insane. I tried to argue with them and stand my ground but they refused to help me or budge. Finally I had to bring it up with my bank and dispute the charge and they granted me a refund but OH MY GOODNESS what a hassle to deal with these people. I wasted HOURS UPON HOURS of my life just trying to get some help for a product they claim to stand behind and also claim on their website to have stellar customer service. They are liars and cheats and will take advantage of you first chance they get. I will never ever do business with these people ever again and I will warn everyone I know. Also, once I quit using their soils the trips disappeared and I haven't had issues since. And the soil isn't all the nutrients you'll need for the entire grow anyway, you'll need to add your own. I recommend normal sea floor soil from fox farm and adding grow dots from dude grows! That's a product that will actually work and customer service that will actually help you. Never again!

    Budgrower delivered a complete package. It came with easy to follow assembly instructions and everything needed to complete a complete grow cycle from seed to harvest. Everything looks to be durable and this total beginner got good results with first try. A+ product and results. I didn't need to use their customer service as everything was good to go when it arrived.

    I ordered with them 3 weeks ago. My order has been sitting on hold and I've tried to call multiple times with no answer and a full voicemail box. Also, I've tried contacting them through email and have been without an answer in more than a week. $800 down the drain. 👎👎👎👎👎👎

    So very sorry!!!! My team said they called you many times about your order and the address is showing as undeliverable (FedEx won't pick it up a package that is showing an address they not recognize in their system - its a common thing and easy to fix with input)
