      ****************** Lively need to be out of business as they have no bed side manners or how to speak and take care of these seniors!! They should be ashamed of themself!!!! I am the manager of a ***************** where one of the patients is being seen. I had to help the patient as she is hard of hearing operator "CORVIE" is beyond rude OMG I really don't think she has any parents or grandparents, she's definitely in the wrong field of work. These seniors have no clue of what they are being charged for a company that doesn't care. I will definitely find another resource for my patient as they are human being just like us.
