    Sign us up for class action. We are unable to access our accounts (and pw resets fail) Support remains non-responsive (weeks passed) Thousands in various card credits inside our accounts and can't access No warning, opportunity to close account etc... just gone. These aren't earned gift cards, but purchased ones.----On the right of this input field the phone number is listed, yet that is no longer in service. Domain is up for sale. Their Zendesk support site still works but has been abandoned. Posting some info that *** help one another as we look for a way to obtain our funds.As a partial effort you can send complaints to GoDaddy. I just spoke ********* and they are saying this situation would fall under 'abuse' and requested emails be sent to abuse at godaddy dot com Go Daddy.com, LLC abuse at godaddy com Domains by Proxy (third part operated by GoDaddy support)---Same location:Infineon Technologies AG

    It was fine until it stopped working with no warning. Now they owe me a $5 gift card that I've been trying to claim for months. Someone needs to start a class action lawsuit.

    I bought tons of cards from them and it keeps telling me to wait. I never was able to use them not even the bonus cards. I've spent $200 on ****** and ********** and won't retrieve my gift cards. I need my money. This is unacceptable and so wrong. I've contacted support emails. No response!

    I downloaded the app, its easy to use but once it comes to redeeming your Bitmo points you dont actually get the gift card you earned. Ive contacted customer service more than once and not one response. Overall, dont use the app because customer service doesnt exist.
