I haven't been able to log into the app, the contact form on their web page does not "submit", their customer service email bounces back as undeliverable. This company ran off with my bank info, debit card numbers, data, gift cards in my digital wallet and the points I'd accumulated. You'd think there'd be laws against this.Initial Complaint

I have money in my Bitmo account along with gift cards that I purchased from them for various businesses. For some time now, I've been able to access my account. No one at the business is responding to my open tickets for assistance. It appears that the site has shut down with no warning to customers since there are many similar complaints.Initial Complaint

I have several gift card claimed and it was in my bitmo wallet. I haven't used the app but when tried to login it keep giving me error. I tried sending message to ********************************** but the email immediately bounced back. Seems like they didn't even notified and scammed the customer. I have around $100 of gift cards redeemed from the points and sitting in the wallet. I can't find the details because the app is no longer accepting login.I request to please give access to my wallet to get the details of my gift cards.Initial Complaint

Between me and my husband (who has his own account), we still have lots of credits / gift cards in the Bitmo App. Probably around $200 worth! Cannot login to the app at all right now to view / get gift cards from our deposited credits or access previously purchased gift cards. I purchased several hundred dollars of gift cards through the Bitmo app. When attempting to access the cards, I received errors. I email support numerous times and never received a response. Hello, on April 20, 2023 I redeemed ****** points for a $20 Best Buy gift card and ****** points for a $10 Best Buy gift card through Bitmo. The Bitmo app states Card order is still processing and should be available shortly. It is now July 2023 and I still have not received the ability to use both my gift cards that Ive earned and redeemed. Ive emailed Bitmo several times for assistance which I received no response. Points are earned when a purchase is made, so the points have a value and are worth something such that you can exchange them for giftcards. Either I would like the $20 and $10 gift cards Ive earned and redeemed or I would like a cash value transferred to my original form of payment for the amount such points are worth.Initial Complaint

I purchased 4 Best Buy gift cards (1 $50 gift card, 3 $10 gift cards) totaling $80 from my Bitmo account on Dec 7, 2022. Even though these gift cards show up on my Bitmo wallet, I am not able to use the card as it doesn't show the gift card number/PIN. I just get an error saying "Card order is still processing and should be available shortly". I have contacted their support at least 5 times in the last 5 months and they never respond. I got a $50 gift card back in 2020, I have been trying to redeem it for months now and keep getting the same error message. Now I sent an email to their support email ************************************ and it came back as a send failure because the email is no longer in use. I lost $50 and I really just want to use my gift card!
