    We paid almost 3 times their estimated amount due to their horrible services and they permanently damaged our belongings.We did a video walkthrough as suggested with the owner. The move took longer than any previous moves despite having the largest team as recommended by the owner. We were overcharged for their unaccounted breaks for sitting idle or them not arriving on time. We were also overcharged for their moving supplies that they needed because they used our store bought supplies by packing only 1 to few items per box.A lot of the furniture was moved without any protection even though I even asked them to cover it several times. All our white ******************* are now chipped & scratched by them. A bike helmet was scratched and damaged when it fell off the truck which was loaded unpacked from a closet they were supposed to pack and fell in front of their employee who didn't even bother to respond. We picked up after their incompetence the whole move. They keep changing their comments to our reviews to minimize the amount of damages they caused our personal belongings of $1000s and keep telling us to go buy paint or screws to fix up their caused damages.We had to pack half of our apartment ourselves with myself being pregnant due to their packing team's slow performance which they claim "added to their packing time".When my husband asked the owner why the total was 2-3 times more than the estimated time, ******, the owner replied Well, cost should not be factor for you at this point!. He also screamed at my husband asking for a breakdown of the unexpected high total for just packing.They broke one of our beds while assembling because they lost some screws and used its slats as wrong parts on our other bed and it now creaks and they blamed us for it missing screws even though they were never missing and it never made a sound before. They say "to use elbow grease for cleaning their marks and damage done on my new furniture.
