    This is the first time in over ***** years of hiring movers nationally and internationally that we have encountered such distress and turmoil.We did a video walkthrough as suggested with the owner. This move had more people hired but took longer than any previous ones weve had and we were overcharged due to improperly deducted breaks of incorrect arrival times for them standing outside/ truck not arriving on time as noted from their breaks and charging double prices for moving supplies/ extra materials they needed to use because they packed 1-4 items with wasteful amounts of small boxes (for some reason we had around 80 small boxes packed by them) even though they charge the same amount $3 for small and big boxes.All our white dressers and consoles were chipped and scratched, which has never happened in our previous three moves including cross country. Our things fell off the truck uncovered and unpacked in front of their team who didn't even pick them up.We had to pack half of our apartment ourselves with myself being pregnant due to the 5 person packing team's extremely slow pace.The company also falsely advertises as woman owned but male owner ****** was at our place doing god knows what when I told him multiple times, our place is very small and we don't have space for so many people to be there especially 5 movers and 5 packers that they kept insisting on. He estimated 5 hours to pack our entire place from video walkthrough and blocked us from entering area where they were packing so we could not see the progress. When my husband asked why was the total packing price 2-3 times more for just packing half the place, ****** replied Well, cost should not be factor for you at this point! which either shows how he purposely planned a longer timeframe and uses money making gimmicks of overpacking with his double-priced materials to dupe his customers. Do not hire this company unless you want to be robbed by a horrible company that overcharges you!
