    Worst system ever. Any time that the system has an issue, even with the app they tell you to contact your pool professional which we all know is not free.Good luck trying to call their help line. Going on 2:15 minutes now. First it began with my hold time is less than 6 minutes. The 45 minutes later it became your hold time is less than 15 minutes then 20 then your hold time is more than 20 minutes. When you pay this much money for a system it needs to be supported. This is one of those buyer beware that you are on your own.

    Filed a warranty claim within the time frame of my warranty, provided all the proof/receipts and had a tech come out to confirm i had a faulty product. Fluidra is still denying my warranty claims.

    I cant express enough gratitude for the outstanding support I received from ****, the service technician for Fluidra in my area. One of my technicians mistakenly performed improper maintenance on a customers Jandy JXi heater, resulting in damage to the heat exchanger. This could have been a costly and stressful situation, but **** went above and beyond to help me resolve it.Not only did he provide me with a replacement heat exchanger, but he also took the time to meet me at the homeowners property, guide me through the installation, and ensure the system was set up correctly. His expertise, patience, and willingness to assist were truly invaluable. Thanks to him, we were able to make things right for our customer efficiently and ***************** an industry where service and reliability make all the difference, **** exemplifies what true customer support should be.     My Fluidra Jandy pool filter sprung a leak in the seam after only 18 months of use. Several local pool experts, all concurred that it is a manufacturers defect. Ive emailed Fluidra several times and since its out of warranty, they will not issue me any financial compensation. A couple of my neighbors have Hayward pool filters that have lasted them 10 to 20 years. Needless to say, Im extremely disappointed with Jandy pool equipment from Fluidra. This is no way to do business.

    I purchased and had installed a Polaris PB4SQ pool cleaner booster pump. It lasted 18 months. They have a design flaw that causes the body to leak right about the time the warranty expires. I should have done a quick web search because I would have seen this is a common occurrence. Im not the only one with this problem. It happens frequently. ************************************************************************************************************* careful. I called customer support. What a joke. I waited 2 hours on hold and never spoke to anyone. They dont seem to care about pleasing the customer. Sell them junk and leave them on hold for hours when they call. Be careful. The brand name isnt what it used to be. Its gone way downhill.

    I bought a Polaris Alpha IQ+ April 2023 from Pinch-a-***** and I started having problems with it October 2023. I was receiving Error Code 11. I sent an email to the fluidra customer support after attempting to call in for support while sitting on the phone for more than 1 hr. I never received a response to my email. Then I sent a second email on Dec 17 2023, and still no response. I tried calling again, and this time I chose the option to be called back when someone would be available to talk to me. No one called back. Now, I have received a second error Code 3, and the Polaris no longer works, and the 1 year warranty has expired. I do not even know what to say. I have never seen such poor customer service department. I am very surprised that Polaris would be this way. I would like someone to contact me and provide me warranty repair so I can continue using the equipment. It did a great job while it worked.

    This is the worst pool company i have been dealing with. I have been using their product for almost 30 years. Recently the model 280 stopped working correctly, so I purchased the product Polaris pool sweeper Vac-Sweep 360 on 09/15/23) through Amazon the provider's name is The Swim Pool Supplies. I have pool guy installed it for me ( I am blind) and the sweeper never works correctly. We let the sweeper run for couple months to see it will get better and my pool never gets clear. So I contact The Swim Pool Supplies and they told me to contact Fluidra Pool Supplies. The technician told me to check to see if it got enough flow and it seems the sweeper didn't get enough flow, only 8 cycle/ minute. i have the pool guy came back to check everything. He told me this sweeper doesn't work correctly with my pool system. When I purchased this product I though it should be a better product because it is a newer model. Then I called back Fluidra and discuss with them. They came out a conclusion the model 360 doesn't need booster pump. It will not work with my pool system. Then , I asked to see if they can exchange model 280 for me, they said they are not going to do the warranty for me, because I didn't purchased it through their company. But Fluidra is the customer service company for the product. I told them it is oxymora. When I purchased the product, it didn't say it will not work with the system with booster pump. How can he ( ***********************************) said it is not under warranty? For $622 dollar product doesn't come with the warranty. The product doesn't work with my system. At lease, you can exchange the product that will work with my pool system for me. This product is still under warranty. Do I just throw it to the trash? If I can't get a fair answer, I am going to file a complaint to this company period. *****************

    This is the absolute worst company in the pool equipment business In less than 2 years, virtually every Jandy component of my pool system has failed.It takes weeks to get replacement parts under their warranty.Most recently, my pool heater experienced catastrophic failure.***** never even looked at the heater, and has refused to honor the warranty.This equipment is a piece of junk Avoid them like the plague.

    I purchased a Polaris Booster Pump on 3/25/2023 and the pump stopped working on 10/1/2023. The product has a 1 year warranty but this company will never answer their phone. I have tried emailing, calling, and leaving my number on an automated call. I am out of $380.00 for a pump that only lasted a few months.
