    I ordered a cover for patio furniture in mid-May 2025, paying more than $350.00 via ******. On June 3, I received a small ***** package from Eevelle/Nat'l Covers containing some parts needed to install stereo equipment in a **** pickup! I called the company and the woman on the phone and I had a good laugh over the mistake. I sent a photo to confirm the odd delivery, and I asked for a refund. A couple more weeks....well into the sweltering summer, I called to find out about my refund. The man on the phone said the cover had been delivered! Uh....no...just **** parts. I again requested a refund. It's early July; I have since received some nice bungee cords, but no furniture cover.

    Bought a 400 dollar plus boat cover made by EEVELLE, sold by National. Supposedly 3 year warranty, only two years old and coming apart, thin deteriorating material, just junk. Made warranty claim, claim no W011685, and can not get any respones despite many many calls, emails, photos, etc. Both National Covers and Eevelle are ignoring me.

    On May 23rd i purchased a camper cover from National Covers costing $322.08. They sent me a confirmation email which i accidentally deleted and cannot recover. I have not received my package from them and cannot get anyone to help me. i have emailed and called them on the phone and have got three emails back asking for my confirmation email which i explained i deleted it and cannot retrieve it. they have stopped all communication with me. i just want my cover or a refund.

    Ordered a bimini top for my boat that was supposed to be in stock and ready for immediate delivery with absolutely no replay from the company waited almost 2 months with no contact from anyone called and was rude to and refused to repay for my order that still to this day hasn't been shipped and are now blaming the president for the delay

    05/20/2025 purchased boat cover that does not fit the boat. Filled out return form three times and have not heard back from them. I also tried contracting National Covers several times over the past three weeks via the phone, left messages, no ones answers the phone and no returned voice mail messages.

    Purchased a boat cover from National covers. Cover ripped the day after I recieved it. Filed a warranty claim. Never heard anything from them about the claim. Tried calling customer service but they just put you on hold for 30 mins then send you to voicemail. Left voicemails and sent emails no one ever gets back you. Spent $800 dollars on a piece of junk cover that I cant get replaced under warranty even though they claim a lifetime warranty

    I put my VIN number in to purchase a boat Bimini top and frame. Once I did that, the website brought up the top and frame that I purchased. Once I received it, and I tried to put it on my boat, It did not fit. As soon as I realized it did not fit I emailed and called the company to try to exchange it for the right size. They never responded, two weeks later I filed a dispute with ******. They sent me a shipping label to return it. The return was going to be around $200 out-of-pocket. Since I tried to get them to exchange to begin with and they never responded until I escalated it to ****** I think they should pay for the shipping. I have tried to go through ****** to get them to return my money and give me a shipping label but all they say is want me to pay for the shipping cost.

    Reference order #R806530. I never received the item I purchased (rv cover ) total was $287.99.l therefore a refund was requested and the order was terminated . April 14 the refund was processed. After several email exchanges I still have not received a refund and have been told it may because I used ****** which takes longer .
