    Terrible customer service. Ordered a boat **********************, they sent wrong size. They reordered a new one for me, fit was even worse! Told me they were issuing a credit, haven't seen it yet. No response to multiple emails and voicemail. The product they sent me was actually nice, I wish it fit my boat!

    I bought a cover on 06/04/2025. Ship in 10 days! haha!!No tracking, no emails. no one to talk to. Took may money and ripped me off. DO NOT BUY from this company. If it is a company? I wish I had read the reviews before I did.

    Ordered bimini top for our boat on 6/12/2025, took money out of credit card immediately. Never heard anymore out of them on status of order. Phone calls either aren't answered at all or go to voice mail. Left a voice mail and they never returned the call. We got concerned so we contacted our credit card company to have the payment suspended, which they did and gave us a provisional credit while they investigated. We emailed company 4 to 5 times to cancel the order - no response. Today we received a notice that they were shipping the top. Again, we sent an email to cancel the order, we didn't want the top. Still no answer. Not sure how they stay in business.

    I have never given a ****** review before however this is the worst company I ever done business with. I ordered a cover and was told by the person I talked to I needed a certain size. I ordered it. I felt funny about it so I called less then one hour later to change to a different size. I was told the fabric had been cut and could not be changed. Less than an hour after the order was placed that doesnt make sense to me. I tried to reason with them and they threatened me that I would not get my cover for a while like I was a kid getting punished. Then they hung up on me. I called back and asked for a manager just to get hung up again. So I decided to wait until I got the cover because I need a cover. I still have not received the cover. They threatened me with not getting my cover and they are making sure I will not. There business practices are horrible and unethical and far from customer friendly. They lie and then when you question them on the lie they yell interrupt and hang up on you because they know they have been caught, Like I said at the time of this review I have not gotten my cover but they have my $700.00. This is the only avenue of communication with them how sad because I was told and have seen they have a good product but there staff does not represent there product well.

    Bought a cover 6-2 have not seen the cover, 10 day shipping. Website says order confirmed on 6-3, that's all. Now the website lists the cover that I ordered as " out of stock" No phone response no email response. They can expect to see me soon in ******** at both listed locations.

    Bought a cover two years ago with a five year warranty. Made a claim on the cover. Their response was 60% credit towards a new cover.. the original cover was 299$ my replacement price was over 609$. Three time the cost .. nice cover bit if there is a problem hold you bottom they will take advantage of you..This company has poor customer service and takes weeks for a response .

    I ordered a cover and never received confirmation of my order but the company took my money. I called the company and was told that they had a problem with their system-the site allowed purchases/payments but did not communicate the orders??? I asked for a refund-needless to say I did not get it, nor did I get the cover. I contacted my bank. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

    Van cover did not fit.They did not offer an exchange, after sending them photos and measurements.Horrible customer service, with lack of response from multiple phone messages and emails.I eventually returned the product, paid for a return box, and *********** then took 9 months and multiple phone calls and emails of follow up to get a refund, and then they charged a 17% restocking fee after they earlier said it would be ********* not attempt to do business with this company.

    AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH NATION COVERS! Please read this before buying a Boat Cover from this company. I ordered a Boat Cover for a 2020 ****. It was the wrong color! I returned for a replacement and when it arrived it was the wrong size. I asked for a refund. After completing the "Return for Refund form" and returning the boat cover in the allotted time (30 days) and having the return tracked and delivered by Fed Ex. It has been almost 90 days and still have not received my refund. They do NOT answer their #*** number. They will NOT return a call. The only way to communicate is by email with no results.
