    I purchase a $6750 dome from opt around February has been 5 months and still havent received any updates I call opt but no one has contacted me yet them I called the company that makes the domes and they told me that opt is out of business. I tried to contact them multiple times and have sent them texts email and even called them twice a day but nothing.a spoke with the small business administrator they have to many customers complain about Opt they advise me to contact a attorney.Warning to not contact opt for any product.you dont want to lose your money at opt

    **************** needs some work. Hard to get the right person to order something or to get an answer to a question. Email is often not answered.Hard to get someone to talk to about a purchase, or accessories for the purchase. Once the scope is sold, you are pretty much out of the picture.Shipment of the original order was well-packed and very fast delivery.
