I purchased two bikes from a company called Bikes Online, spending a total of $3,200. I was supposed to receive the bikes within a week, but the delivery of the second bike was delayed by over a month. When the bikes finally arrived, I discovered that the rear shock on one of them was defective. I contacted their warranty department, but they have repeatedly sent me the wrong part, despite my providing multiple pictures and a video explaining the issue. They have sent me the incorrect part twice, and I have been unable to ride the bike for over two months.Frustrated with the situation, I decided to return the bikes. It has now been over three weeks since I initiated the return, and I am following up via email regarding my refund. Finally, I received a refund, but it was $352.19 less than expected. Additionally, they informed me that I am responsible for shipping charges, even for the damaged goods they sent.Make it persuasive I purchased two bikes from a company called Bikes Online, investing a total of $3,200. I accidentally purchased a bike from then. Within the same hour I attempted to cancel it. I spent an hour on the phone talking to AI bots that assured me the order would be cancelled. I emailed and got confirmation the order would be cancelled and refunded. Then 3 days later they shipped the order. I immediately tried contacting them again and they sent me a return label and tools me to return the bike for a fully refund. I did that days ago and they will not respond to emails asking for confirmation and for an ETA on the refund. I scheduled a call with one of their employees via the website and they completely stood me up and never called. They took my money and are refusing to give it back when I have no product of their and I did everything they asked for. There are dozens of people online with similar experiences with this company. I bought a discounted helmet from bikesonline.com. The helmet was not only used/damaged but there was blood on it!!! These helmets are designed to be thrown away after its been damaged and theyre knowingly passing them off as new, this could seriously hurt someone, cause severe brain damage or even kill someone. This is absolutely disgusting business practice. The helmet wasnt just used either it was missing the bag and tags from 100%. The stickers that go over the box were also replaced so thats proof theyre knowingly selling used gear. The price wasnt even that much better than other more trustworthy shops. Made $2,000 purchase on 11/28/2023 and received ***** tracking number. A ***** alert on 12/6/2023 stated the shipment was damaged in transit and would be returned to bikes online. On 12/12/23 I received an email from bikesonline stating it was delivered. A review of the ***** tracking number: ************ and you'll see it was delivered back to bikesonline. When you submit a ticket or call, you'll receive a response from a bot, which is not helpful. After many tickets I received a call from a person who said she would contact the shipping department for an update. I never received a call back or the shipment.Customer Answer

Bought a new t7 bike for 1800 dollars and was told what you see you will get so I bought it that day the bike was delivered and damaged and the parts were not what I paid for and not the same as advertised on the website I called them and they said the disclaimers say we can change parts for better quality parts but the parts that I have are less expensive and very cheap and they know it they will not do anything for me and so I will never buy another bike from them again should have looked at all the reviews before I paid the money it will cost me 500 dollars to replace the parts that I was told would be on my bikeInitial Complaint

Deceptive reviews. You'll notice there are only 4 and 5 star reviews on their website. That's because I believe they filter the reviews and never post any that would result in a 3 star or lower rating.Further, the customer care team seems indifferent to shipping damage and discouraged me to seek warranty repair for the paint chips out of my new bike.Here's the review I made 5 attempts to post for the 24 inch Polygon Siskiu bike:The bike is great. It is a great value. But don't expect "cutting out the middleman" to mean you get better service. The old adage is true: companies can offer low price, good quality, and great customer service (choose 2).I really REALLY wanted to love bikesonline and have it be a discovery I could share among my mountain biking community. The savings! The Service! But while I really like the bike, the service has been really underwhelming and slow.For instance, the bike arrived with about a 3mm long paint chip (probably from the factory during installation). I thought chat support would be a quick and easy way to fix the problem so I didn't have to send the bike back. But while chat said "responds in 6 min", my experience was that leaving it open for 45 min (several different times) didn't get any replies in real time.When I did get a response, I was told how difficult the warranty process was (aka, don't even try it, it'll take forever IF you get anything at all).I really wanted an "oh dang, here's a tube of paint that you can match" or "how about we take $50 or $100 off the purchase price to make up for the time and money you'll have to spend to fix that problem we made for you"...Know that the bike doesn't fit kids with an inseam under 22". The issue is the dropper post has to be installed with an extra inch of height above the frame or it bottoms out (they used a dropper that is too long for the frame). Other issue is the seat: it is full size adult -- & is about an inch taller than most other off the shelf seats out there.Initial Complaint

I purchased a bike from bikesonline.com on February 9th, 2023. I recieved the bike and the sizing was off and I did not like the bike so I returned it within the "free 14 day return" window. When the bike was received they reported that the bike was damaged from me crashing the bike, even though it was not ridden and I did not crash it. I packed the bike up exactly how they asked me to and I sent it out with it being clean and no damages. I paid $2,410.44 for the bike originally. I expected to be refunded the full amount. However, they accused me of damaging the bike and sent pictures of damages that I know for certain were not on my bike when I sent it, I have picture/video proof. The also noted that "Damages could not have been from shipping" and that they had to have been from a "crash". They are simply lying and are charging me $178 for damages that they made up. I am convinced they sent me pictures of a different bike to scam me because they will not send more zoomed out pictures and they will not send a picture with the bikes product number. They have also started to ignore my messages after I submitted the return.
