    Appoximately 3 weeks ago, I ordered sandles/shoes from this business. When I received them they did not fit properly. Because they clearly advertise free returns, I requested an address to ship them back. I received a reply stating I had to forward them photos. Since I have NO way to do this on my computer, I requested an address that I could mail the photos. My request has been ignored. The charge has been processed through my credit card account and I would like my refund processed immediately. The items in question are still in the packaging in which they were received...which I clearly stated when I informed the company that they had to be returned.

    Date of Transaction was 04/17/2025---I received my order, which was a pair of shoes. Besides being cheaply made, they didn't fit right. I requested that I wanted a refund and please send me instructions to return the shoes. They were suppose to respond within 24 hrs to all emails. I sent an email on 5/2, 5/9, 5/10 and 5/15/2025. They have never responded to any of my emails. The company also said that I had to respond within 30 days to receive a refund. They also have a different name and address on-line and here it is: Company Name is ******************** and the address is: ************************************************. Thank you.

    Shoes that I ordered are very wide and fall off. I did not order a wide width and there is no way to tighten. These shoes are supposed to be made for seniors and be comfortable to stand in all day. However the sole has no support at all and the tiniest thing on the floor can be felt. Also no arch support at all. Company only takes emails with no phone listed. Sent 3 emails about a week apart for return authorization. They offer 100 % guarantee. No answer at all.

    I placed an order on line in December. On Jan.3rd I was told order was in transit from *******. Nothing reported after that. I've tried repeatedly to find out what's going on but only told to pay a $5. fee to get info and then the charge goes to $35. monthly. After ordering found order was coming from *****.

    On January 13, 2025 I purchased product from this company(Order # *****) . I received product and now want to return product in accordance with their 100% Satisfaction promise and their stated return policy-provided in writing. However, They are not allowing me to make the return by providing a shipping address for the return. Total for the order $48.29
