    Orthoture is a complete scam. Looking at their website you expect more from the company. I received a pair of shoes way so small and they wouldnt do anything but offer 10% refund. Its a scam because there were no sizes on the shoes or the piece of plastic it came in. Cheaply shipped from ***** without even a box. Just a piece of plastic with Chinese writing on it. No sizes on shoes or the bag. They know the scam they are doing. Getting premium money for a terrible experience. They should be shut down! They dont care about their product or their customers. Please find a way to shut them down. Because their advertising is a lie!

    Orthoture based in ****** CA and says "made in *******", but product made in *****. Shipped in plastic and crushed during transit. They refuse to make a free return as promised, claim I need to pay expensive return postage to ***** or they will give me a 15% ********* NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

    I also purchased these shoes. I first ordered them through ******. When I got them, they appeared to be cheap knock offs sold by a different company. I tried to return and ****** refunded my money without returning them. That should have set off red flags. I then found the website for the company and thought I would get the actual product advertised, orthopedic shoes, would be sent. I didn't realize it was a *************** sold & distributed out of ********* until after I made my purchase. It took over a month to get the shoes, which came in ziplock bags in a cheap bag put together with duct tape. They were the same cheap shoes sold on ******. A hard rubber sole with cheap, fake suede sewn on. Not orthopedic in anyway. Not cute like pics on website either, very clunky looking. Wore them once and my feet hurt so bad I couldn't walk. Will never wear again. Tried contacting customer service and despite having a ****** full refund and 90-day comfort guarantee, they would only offer me 10% and required me to send back to *****, which the shipping would cost more than the shoes. I should have read the ****** reviews before I purchased. ****** learned! ******, *************** should ban this company from selling their products and advertising.

    Purchased these shoes online directly from the company. It was only afterwards did I realize that they are in *****. Okay, fine. It was not at all clear that the shoes are women's only. I am not a woman and the size I selected does not fit me. I immediately contacted customer service with all information I have. Big problem I have is the outer shipping package is gone. The customer service is now washing their on this.
