    At the month of may 2023 couple guys (**** and ***** ) come to my business and offer me a security systems cameras and alarm system they told me they work for golden state smart security systems and they offer me the cameras $1200 pay $800 deposit and the alarm offer me a better than I have now in my business then called my alarm they told me I cant cancel now so I only put the cameras they installed and everything then I asked them come to my house and install cameras too they both went to my home and asked for the same price $1200 only 3 smart cameras with solar panels o something like that thats why were more expensive than my business I agree the price and I gave Then my $800 deposit the told me they dont have those cameras in stock now I have to wait like 2 weeks when they arrived the will set up an installation appointment I waited like over a month then I have to call ***** and He told something went wrong with the cameras but they were about to come in a week after a week finally **** called me to Set up my appointment for next Friday at noon I didnt go to my business but that was 4 pm and technician never show up I called **** and told me something when with the cameras that got the wrong cameras so He will move my installation for next week but never call me after 2 weeks I called ***** and ask what was wrong and ***** told me the price went up by a lot but told me if I dont like they can refund my money I told Him please do it I wont pay a lot of money for only 3 cameras so He told me you should be received your $800 soon but never come after a month I texted only told me I will check with the office my husband and we been texting Him and after so many text message He replied to say I will check for you they changed me the check on June 2 2023 I have the copy of the check and the message me and my husband **** sent to the seller asking for my money back
