    Been a customer since 2020. Initial contract was for 3 years, it ended on July 31st 2023. I called them on June 7th 2023 and they said they'll cancel the subscription at the end of the subscription term. July 31st passed, they charged me in August. I started chasing them again in August and have had like 20 calls so far, they answer but did not cancel the subscription. I am planning to take legal action against them as per the consumers rights law. If you are planning to buy a service from them, please beware and stay away. I'll make sure their management is aware of this subscription scam.
