    Service is HORRIBLE. Have a DJI Mavic 2 transmitter that does not work. I applied for service request twice and got confirmation. After 2 months I gave up. Not even an email acknowledgment. I will never buy their products and recommend the same to all my friends.

    Contacted them though the website to start a return almost a month ago. Didn't work! I NEVER received a email! A week or so later I called on 10-5-22. Talked to **** for quite some time and was supposed to receive a shipping label. Never got it! I called today XX-XX-XX and no such return exists! Nothing tied to my email address or serial number! NOTHING! SUCH BS!

    I would leave a zero if i could! Customer ********************** is key to maintaining ANY business! DJI doesnt have a QC **** nor do they have or care about Customer **********************! Thus its customers are non existent once you purchased their products!

    DJI your days are numbered!

    This experience was absolutely **** dude I ordered my drone over 30 days ago they said it'd be here on the freaking 8th I get an email saying you won't be here till the 9th no big deal whatever, it's now the 12th and today I find out that y'all somehow managed to get a hold of somebody that was not me when you call my phone number, God forbid y'all have any type of honesty or integrity to claim that it was clearly not me on the phone you were talking to, but instead you take advantage of the moment and you convince that person on the phone that you're talking to to order their drone from China instead so y'all send us his drone from China which we did not want we wanted a drone directly from DJI I would have waited till the 27th but instead you take advantage of somebody who lacks the information they need to make it secure decision on this purchase dude and you tell them that they'll be better off taking this drone from China that will get here a week quicker. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER EVER DO ANYTHING EVER AT ALL EVER TO BENEFIT DJI DUDE I I FREAKING HATE Y'ALL STRAIGHT UP I TRIED SO HARD TO GET THIS DRONE HERE AND TRY TO BE SO NICE TO Y'ALL AND Y'ALL LITERALLY **** ALL OVER THE ATTEMPT Y'ALL MADE TO SHIP IT AND THEN **** ALL OVER THE PEOPLE WHO PAY **** NEAR A THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR EVERYTHING Y'ALL ARE LITERALLY THE BIGGEST POS COMPANY I'VE EVER MET IN MY LIFE NOT TO MENTION THAT EXO USED TO BE ABSOLUTE TRASH BECAUSE THEY WERE CAUGHT DOING THE SAME S*** THAT YOU ALL ARE DOING NOW DUDE STOP TAKING PEOPLE'S DRONES OUT OF BOXES AND SWITCHING THEM WITH S***** VERSIONS OF DRONES FROM CHINA WE DEPRECIATE IT IF YOU HAD A LITTLE BIT OF INTEGRITY FOR ALL THESE AMERICAN CITIZENS THAT ARE DEALING WITH ENOUGH ALREADY YOU'RE A POS F****** COMPANY AND I F****** SWEAR TO GOD I'LL DO EVERYTHING I CAN TO TRASH YOU FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE.

    Don't f****** order a drone from these people don't f****** order a drone from Exo don't order a f****** drone from anybody hon

    Dude all I want was a drone from the vendor I ordered it from which was DJI North America okay I ordered it directly from y'all's website every single person in my household is far too old to fight off any type of infection so you'll understand I'm sure if I say I don't want anything brought to my house from China I could care less about what anyone says or blah blah blah all I know is that China was sending dead birds and boxes over here blah blah blah and then pandemic this and that I just shouldn't have to explain the s*** to y'all you get what I'm saying.

    I just want my drone. And I want it from y'all I don't want it from China okay I want it from DJI North America like I had ordered okay I'll give you all the order number and all that and feel free to call that phone number again and talk to that person and verify that we want our drone on the 27th and we are okay that is going to get here late we don't want it one week earlier from China we want the one that we ordered on the 27th we've been really patient with all of this that's the one I want cuz that's the one I'm expecting to get here and not have anything wrong with it okay?

    All y'all have to do is send it to us and have it here on the 27th like you claimed it was going to be it's okay that it's late but I do not want that drone from China I'm just saying this all again so you can read this all again.

    If y'all can get that drone here by the 27th I'll get back online and I'll go to every single website I've already gone to today and I'll take down all my reviews or update on my reviews informing them that you commented on one of my reviews and solve this solution do you understand?

    Please for the love of God I didn't have the $570 to spend on this in the first place dude and I'm doing a lot with this drone so can you please please solve the situation, I don't even understand why I'm in it I've been chilling calm and relaxed about everything this entire time and then I just wake up one day and find out that everything's changed it's just kind of crazy to me please fix this dude thank you.
