    I ordered the mini 3 pro along with along with the fly more kit plus for $249 that came with 2 batteries, 1 charger and was supposed to come with a cord for the charger, extra wings & screws that were not in the bag or the box! WAS ON THE ***** FOR 45 MIN WITH CUSTOMER ********************** ARGUING WITH THE GIRL THAT THEY WERE NOT IN THE *** OR BOX. THEN SHE SAID I WILL HAVE TO TAKE A VIDEO OF THE *** AND BOXES SHOWING THEY ARE NOT THERE!HELLO...... what part of they are not there do you not understand! so I said s**** it i don't need to do business with a company like this! i will just return it all I thought by ordering direct with the manufacturer if I had a problem things like this or service work if needed would go smoothly but I can see now that is not the case!

    DJI has horrible customer **********************. I was sent a defective drone and on day two it flew away and crashed. I reached out for support and was directed on how to make a warranty claim. The agent misguided me and set me up for a repair service. I send the drone, controller, and plus battery back to them as they requested only to get an email days later with a bill for the repairs. After several phone conversations with DJI they finally sent me a replacement drone. They however did not send me back my plus battery even after I had reached out twice requesting it back. All and all the service has been horrible and I would not recommend DJI to anyone. They obviously do not value their customers.

    I sent my drone in for a repair. DJI took around 4 months to diagnose my unit. After that the payment link they sent me didnt exist, so my drone just sat. I asked support to send another link several times with no success. Several support members agreed to send a payment link to have my drone repaired however, it took DJI from 2021 to May 1st, 2023 to get back to me and when they did they threatened to send my drone back without repair unless I paid. Despite that email being undoubtedly rude and unprofessional I went to go pay. Still.. after 2 years of waiting DJI had not even sent a new payment link. The employee who sent a threatening email did not even make a payment link, he just threatened to send my drone back and gave me a 7 day window to pay my imaginary bill. Naturally I called and spoke with a support member who spoke poor English so straight away you know they outsource their customer support. That team member too failed to send a payment link. I then replied via email, and I got a reply! I explained the situation to the team member. I explained that I needed a new payment link and that I could make that payment the following Friday after I was paid. That person sent a new payment link. Friday comes around, i get paid at the end of the day like most people however, 9oclock AM rolls around and I get a **** Text message saying my drone has been shipped by DJI. Mind you its the start of the day Friday and I had not yet been to work or even seen paycheck. I had two thoughts when I saw they shipped my device. 1. I thought maybe DJI actually felt a moral obligation to repair the unit for free considering the length of time they took to provide me with a payment link or perhaps their support team just lacks the communication to get anything done. Today I got my drone back still in a broken state after 2 years of trash customer **********************. To ease my pain they included a free leather bag to carry around my broken drone in. AVOID DJI if you dont like being gaslit

    DJI CAS-********-G2S5F1 I bought a DJI OM 5 Smartphone Gimbal Stabilizer for which the warranty expires on April 15, 2023. I left to ******* on April 07 and when used it there on the first day, my gimbal stopped working. I returned back to ******* on April 24 and launched a repair request on April 25. I explained what happened to the customer ********************** and said i can submit my flight details and hotel details as a proof that i was out of the country. All they said is we cannot help as you are out of warranty and sent me a *******************. What sort of customer ********************** is this? I will never buy anything from here! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

    do not trust this company's warranty's. Extremely shady company did not honor my 1 year warranty and is holding my camera until I pay them $90 to repair when the camera cost me $120.

    Customer ********************** nightmare. Months of incorrect automated emails, impossible interactions with customer ********************** representatives who are barely conversational in engligh, absolutely miserable "hold" music, incorrect guidance on next steps to have my product repaired or replaced, and ultimately a personal surrender from me (despite my persistence if only as a matter of principle) to choose a different drone manufacturer now and forever. Do not transact with this company.

    I am very displeased and disappointed on how my case was unfairly treated! I was given the ultimate run around of my life! Tech support “Charles” was really not very helpful. Did not even Analyze or review my flight data properly and just selectively taking a piece of data, focusing on that and leaving the most important ones out of the picture to clearly deny me of warranty. My dji drone mini 3 pro is just almost 2 months old. Last sat an unfortunate event happened. I was flying my drone above my in a circular path. Just to practice get myself more familiar with everything. Suddenly I’ve experienced some intermittent data signal issues andy drone wandered away or flew away to unfamiliar area, i have lost sight visually where it was flying. So i was just relaying on the RC’a monitor. Panicking already, i checked my battery and it was just a 28% which would have more than enough for me to tale my Drone home using the “RTH” automatic return to home feature. So I triggered the RTH But I received a notification from the drone computer on my remote control screen that the drones was unable to perform the RTH mode or to return home automatically. For some reason The RTH mode keeps getting Disengaged by the Aircrafts computer. it then prompted me to lower my altitude for w/c I followed ofcourse, then I once again, engaged the RTH mode and the same thing happened again. This happened 3 times until the battery was unfortunately drained out. Tech Charles was telling me that i have triggered the throttle down and that I interrupted the RTH process. First of all the aircrafts computer interrupted the process 3 times already and i was just following the computer’s instructions, doing my very best to get me drone home or atleasT back in site so i can recover it.fast forward the drone run our of battery and landed to unfamiliar area where i could not locate. Tech was just heartless doing everything he can to deny my claim. This was my wife's gift.

    I damaged my Mini Pro 3 and sent it in for repairs. It was returned to me quite quickly, but without the battery. I have spent the better part of 3 weeks trying to get them to resolve this issue. They send me an email today saying that their repair centre records show they returned the battery, but they are willing to offer me $30 of a new battery if I purchase it. I called them again today and got the same old "script" about their records. I was told there is no one to call to resolve this and it is all on email. So now I sit with a drone that cannot fly and no reasonable way to resolve my issue. It is absolutely useless to call the tech support centre, they are simply not able to help. The sad part is I love the product, but the customer ********************** is one BIG FAIL! It seems it's easier to imply my claim is dishonest than to investigate it completely. A ****** here for sure.

    i will never buy another dji turd again there customer service is garbage i purchased a mavic air 2 flew the thing for about 15 min i put it away till next day and when i went to fly it again app said there's a firmware update so i click on it we'll the peace of trash drone can never complete its update now it don't fly it's bull shit to find what to do you just go to a dji store and have it replaced i am so pissed off from this product i will never consider buying another i feel like am a loss from my purchase dji is trash

    Received my dji mini 2 and was unable to use it for over year. when i finally got to open it and try it out the Battery did not work. I purchased the 2 year protection plan. They would not cover the batteries that had never even been used that did not work straight out of the box. After telling them to keep the batteries and just throw them away and not to bother me again. they still called back trying to get to tell me again that they would not cover them and trying to get me to pay 110 dollars for replacement batteries. Will never buy anything from this company again and will tell everyone who is considering buying them not to.
