    Ordered a cabinet, it arrived completely damaged and unfunctional. There is no functioning way to contact this company in order to return merchandise or get a refund. All telephone numbers do not work. There is no way to e-mail.

    Ordered and paid for new lathe and lathe stand.Was told that the stand was no longer available and could they ship the lathe and refund the cost of the stand. I agreed to this.Lathe was delivered and I awaited the refund.After many emails and calls, over 8 weeks they said (3 times) over the phone that they would look into it.They are now not answering my call (caller I.D.?)they have basically stolen my money.

    We purchased the following parts. 2- Bolton Tools 110V Stationary Powered Hydraulic Lift Table 33 15/32" x 51 3/16" Table Size ******************** Lift Platform Table 4400 lb Capacity 2 -Bolton Tools 3300lb Hydraulic Scissor Lift Table 108 17/64" x 31 1/2" ******************* Low-Profile Lift Platform With Remote Control 110V .The second item was never delivered. They are saying it was. We have video proof of the delivery. The drive only took out 1 skid that was roughly 36x52. Please see the attached photos. It isn't just the mis delivery. Their client service reps lack of communication is very unprofessional. They have not provided any answers, just a constant excuse of "I need to speak to my manager". We would like the products or our money back.

    On May 30th 2024 I purchased camping equipment from RPM Hardware vie their online website. After the initial order and email receipt RPM Hardware did not provide a order update, shipping information or further correspondence, prompting me to inquire on the status of my order. I requested an update on the status of my order vie the RPM Hardware Web Site on June 21st (22 days after my order) and received a email reply from RPM Hardware employee ******************************* - Phone/Digital CS email address ****************************************** apologizing and stating the order was now being prepared and will be shipped soon. After several days of not receiving any further update or shipping information I again emailed *********************, Enquiring on my order on June 28th and again on July 5th 2024 with no reply from RPM Hardware. It has now been 42days from the orders placement and the order has not been received or shipping information provided.

    Date of transaction April 5. The name of the Business RPM Hardware and they work with Toolots. I ordered a ********** Machine off their website. Website URL: ****************************************************************************************************** After waiting for 2 weeks, I never received the equipment or even an invoice, so I called in to see when and if the equipment had been shipped yet, so the first time I called they told me they couldnt get a tracking number because they were moving their warehouse but never notified me that they were doing that. So that day she sent me an invoice with no tracking number. I call back in a few days to see if they had the tracking number, once again couldnt give it to me. So I kept attempting to call them until I eventually asked for a refund, and to talk to a supervisor. Which they then said a supervisor would reach out and they would put in a claim saying I wanted a refund. I never got a call from a supervisor. So then I called again, then told me on the next call I wouldnt receive a refund for 3-4 weeks. Which would be 6-8 weeks in total of me not receiving any refund or product. Highly inconsiderate. My old heat press stopped working, and now Im not only losing money, I cant make anymore money until I receive a new heat press. Im very upset.

    Ordered a heater lamp over a month ago and have received zero communication about it shipping out. Even after several attempts to contact the seller. They also go by bolt tools and toolots.

    On 6/7/22 I placed an order for 7-4" solid brass house letters, and 4-4" solid brass house numbers ( invoice #XXXXX) Which I paid in full using my credit card, the total came to ******* We received all of the numbers except for the #3 (MPX-XXX-X), Which we were told was out of stock but would be available in be sent the 1st week of July. The middle of July, I contacted the company again and told it was still out of stock and to perhaps give it another week or 2. I tried the entire month of August to get in contact with the company via phone and email I had 0 success. Now, the phone number is no longer valid nor is the email. I simply want either the number #3 or I want a return postage paid due envelope to return the other 3 numbers. They are now useless to me. And then I want the money credited back to my credit card for those 4 digits, at ***** each plus S&H.
