    Impossible to contact with a return absolutely horrible to do anything with save your money and time do not do anything for business with them. ****************

    Ordered a recovery machine and it showed up DOA never worked. So far putting me off for days, don't think I will get a replacement or my money back.

    Pretty much ditto everyone elses comments. Ordered a scooter, never got a receipt or purchase order through email as they said they would provide. Sent me an invoice with another comp y heading on it & totally different purchase price, higher than the price Shown on their website & quoted to be. I got suspicious very fast, cancelled the order & reported my card lost to prevent purchase from being applied to my card acct. If it looks like a duck, and sounds like a duck, it probably is. Research everything before spending money or signing on a dotted line.

    Do not buy from this company! They said they had a rather expensive tool that other companies didn't have in stock, so I ordered it from them, thinking I'd have it in a week. Well, a week went by, and I heard nothing from them, although I noticed they charged my credit card company the same day I placed the order. When I called to find out why my order hadn't shipped, I was transferred to a "*********", who didn't answer her phone or the email I sent. After a couple days of getting no response, I called again and emailed again. Finally she answered and put me on hold for a long time while she checked with the warehouse to see if they had the tool, which the website still said they did. She couldn't determine whether they did, so said she'd get back to me. A day later, she finally got back to my email and said that, no, they didn't have that tool in stock after all, and she had no idea when it would be. She offered that I could either cancel the order and ask for a full refund or buy one of their other tools. After the lousy customer experience with them and feeling as if I'd just been baited and switched, I said I wanted to cancel and wanted a full refund put back on my credit card. For three days, I checked my card, and no refund had been processed. So I called and spoke to another customer service person, who said the request for refund had been made but not processed, and she promised that it would be given top priority and done by the end of the day, which was a Thursday. We'll, end of Thursday, no refund. End of Friday, no refund. All weekend, no refund, and end of Monday, still no refund on my card. Good companies don't do this, so I filled a dispute with my credit card company disputing the charges. They get a week more to answer the dispute and refund the charges. If they don't, the credit card company reverses the charges, and I believe the company can lose its privileges to use credit cards. In other words, don't buy from this company!!

    Do not place your orders through RPM Hardware / toolots, we placed an order several months ago and did not receive confirmation or shipment information. I contacted the phone number on their website which rings and then hangs up - reached out to their 'sister company' and they said a refund would be processed. Fast forward 2 more months, no response and hangs up. Fraudulent expenses have been incurred since then - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

    Total joke! Do not buy from any company using their services! Bought an item and they "lost" it. Didn't inform me of this for 3 weeks until I looked into it. After going through 3 different calls they cancelled the order without my consent. Now I have to wait on them to confirm a refund is happening and its been 5 weeks since the order was made.

    Read the comments about this place before u buy. I didnt see one that was good. Just so u know, I found 6 different phone numbers for this place at different locations and not one connected to a person. They either did the beep beep beep Im sorry but u have reached a number that is no longer in service or, I got a quote/unquote no greeting added-no greeting added-no greeting added-click!!! Something tells me u dont want to give this company your moneybut if u want to, luck to u. Delivery is 85 bucks for 2 hour drive and I still cant nail down where their outlets are so I can pick up!!! Im done with that placesomething isnt right

    Terrible customer service. I ordered the wrong color of brass house numbers. Returned them per instructions on the *** website and never received a credit for the returned items. The items were received at ***. The phone numbers on the website don't work and no one ever replies to the e-mails or through the "contact us" page on the website. Do not recommend using this company at all. Save yourself the hassles!
