The product I ordered from this company was nothing like the description on their website. The product is not the same as the item advertised. I paid additional money for fast delivery which took almost two months. The item came from ***** instead of the U.S. as stated by the company. Watched a video on Pinterest for squirrel proof bird feeder. Ordered it for $43.99. $9.00 shipping. Received a bird feeder that looked nothing like the one pictured in the video. Contacted them asked for full refund and shipping label for the return. They replied with a copy of their return policy told me I have to pay for shipping of return and no guarantee of a refund back to my credit card.Initial Complaint

I ordered a squirrel proof bird feeder almost a month ago. My account has been debited on April 24 2023 but I still have not received the bird feeder. I requested a tracking number, method of shipment and an ETA but all I get are broken English emails from someone named ****. The email address it is coming from is not the same as the customer service email address on the website. March 11, 2023, PayPal Trans: 9LS69233FB815764Y, Invoice: ********************* Ordered a feather board for my table saw. Two items were listed Gear A, a push stick, and Gear B a feather board - as was pictured for GEAR B selection. They sent GEAR A, an inconsequential push stick, not needed. You cannot contact them by any known methods. They should be removed from doing business in the US. The more I review the Home Yardmart website the more I can see their deception. Buy two .50$ pieces of plastic for 35.00$ or get shipped the wrong one and you'll be stuck for 23$Initial Complaint

My complaint is exactly like the others. This outfit is a scam. We ordered a wreath from HomeYardmart. The wreath was not as described Rip-off - Ads falsely state wreath is approximately 24" X 24". Wreath sent is approximately 14" X 16". Contacted vendor within 14 days and the reply requested return address, order no., etc. Stock reply asked for the same information and disclosed that the wreath could be returned as long as WE PAID the $ **** return shipping fee. Home and Yard sent a wreath that was not remotely close- (8" -10" smaller) to the size and photos. The wreath was shoddy with ornaments loose in box. Contacted vendor. Alternately they would provide a 30% credit to my card without returning the product. I went back to the site and there are no wreaths there. I saved the *** from the site for this wreath. It is dead with DNS 404 error . I am working with **************** to credit my account. I am not seeking a refund at this time if AMEX credits my account. This is definitely a scam outfit.Customer Answer

The case is resolved thanks to an **************** refund for disputed charges.
I want to emphasize that the merchants product description was egregiously false. Further, they wanted me to bear the cost to return it ***** for a defective and false description. My complaint mirrors that of other consumers posted on your site and elsewhere.Initial Complaint

I ordered what was presented in pictures to be a large Winter wreath from this company. The wreath that came in October, was tiny and nothing like the picture. I wrote to their email immediately and said "Hello, I bought a wreath and would like to return it immediately for a full refund. It was not the wreath shown in the pictures. Can you please tell me as soon as possible how to return it and when I will be credited my money.". I sent them the picture of their advertisement and the picture of the wreath I received. I have written to them twice since and never get a reply. This is a major scam and false advertising. I paid $37.98 plus shipping and I would like my money back. I wish I had seen the complaints. I purchased two Christmas wreaths. They arrived from CA and were **** what was describe or pictured. The product I received is not nearly the size or looks anything like as what was described in the ad. The material made it isn't as high quality as what is depicted in the image. Instead of shipping it back to the CA location. On the return paid they do not lost the return address, only when you email. They sent me an address in ***** which would cost more than what I paid. I explained that I will be sending it back to the CA address. All I wanted is to return the items and receive my money back for something that was falsely advertised.Initial Complaint

I bought a Christmas wreath from them, the description said it was a 20 inch wreath with a picture of a 20minch wreath... I received a wreath and it is 8 inches big...I want to return it but I cannot even get on line to the site.. it won't let me so I cannot contact them...I also have a small window for returns so this has to be done soon...I think I was scammed, definitely deceptive website and just want my refund...they do not have a phone number and I am a senior..
