    I purchased a holiday wreath that was advertised as much larger and completely different than what I received. The resolution they offered was to return it and pay for the shipping AND they do not refund the original shipping. Or, they would offer a 20% discount., which does nothing because now I have to go out and purchase one like was shown on their website. This is false advertising at it's finest.

    Purchased on October 28th Order #4S00043236 Link below for product I ordered. ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************* The item I received is the size of a dinner plate They offered me a 15% discount, which I refused. I'd like the full purchase price refunded.They have a 14 day return policy but they aren't answering my emails. They need to supply me with the return address, which they are not doing. I paid $46.98 which I would like a full refund. Thank you.

    On Wednesday October 26th, 2022 I placed an order with Home Yard Mart for what I believed to be three (3) Christmas wreaths for $127.06 The items I received did not match the photo or item description as advertised. When I reached out to the company to let them know they were less than helpful in resolving my issue. Buyers beware! Definitely a scam! Order # 4S00041180

    Purchased a wreath on 10/17/2022 for $48.99 . 10/27/22 e mail ordered shipped. 11/5/2022 sent an email regarding I had not received shipment. Received an e mail back to wait a little longer and they had put in a request with post office to urge shipment. When I received wreath 11/11/2022 it was a cheaply made $1 wreath. I wrote back for a refund and they will not e mail me back. I can't call or leave a review on their site.

    Purchased a *************** wreath from Home YardMart on 10/29/2022 for $46.98 with tax and shipping. This was advertised as a 22" wreath. Received a 12" wreath that is no where near the quality of the picture nor any of the same materials as advertised.

    Ordered a wreath shown to be from a woman's shoulders to her knees in size for $46.98 on 10-24-22. When I received it today 11-10-22 the wreath is only 12 inches high. I feel this is false advertisement and I want my money back. They have no phone number and I have no way of contacting them. Please try to handle this for me. Thank you!

    I ordered an item from this company and when received it was nothing like the picture. I wanted to return the item but there wasn't a packing slip or phone number, only an email address. I have sent numerous emails with no satisfaction. The last email stated to return to a different address but was not given the address. I really feel this is an offshore company and their advertising and practices are fraudulent. There isn't a phone number to call. They really need investigated and other consumers protected from falling into the same scam. Pictures uploaded. Thank You.

    I placed an order with Home Yard Mart for $63.46. The check cleared September 7, 2022 and I still have not received merchandise. The website does not have a telephone number but does have an email address. Upon emailing, I have not received a response. I would like my merchandise, however, if that cannot be done I would like my $63.46 refunded.
