    Product does not even remotely resemble item pictured. Very much a scam. Do not make a purchase from this poor excuse of a company.

    I questioned the size of the wreaths relative to the door they were hanging on. The displayed wreaths were larger. Could not contact them on their customer service site. Them I read a recent review and it seems my instincts were right. I'm not ordering. Beware

    Terrible company. Falsified what they were offering and then when I received it was a plastic fake wreath. I contacted them immediately, which by the way can only be done by email. They never took care of my return. I tried to contact them 3 times with no answer. Forced not to go through my credit card company to get me money back. Say away from this company they are not rated well and will not take care of you.

    This is not a legit site and the have several different names for the same non-existing business. They have addresses that are non existent and I even went to the one in ***** **. Which did not exist. Beware of these good for nothing thieves. I am confident that they are not even ** citizens. They are just unlawful common thieves that need to be locked up and put behind bars for life

    This is a very deceptive business. I bought a pair of wreaths from them that looked beautiful online, but what I received was much smaller and nothing like the advertised wreath. They were cheap plastic and skimpy. I wish I could post the side by side pictures of what I ordered and what I received. I paid $62 for wreaths that were ridiculously cheap. I've sent an email to customer service and have not received a response. After reading the return policy I see there no returns on anything that is on sale. We'll everything on this site is on sale so I see I will have to take my losses. I guess that's what've get for trying to branch out from Amazon and try to support smaller companies. Avoid this dishonest company.

    Can I give it 0 stars? I got scammed on the fall wreath too. They have beautiful pictures of the fall "hand made" wreath that measures 24" all over Pinterest and what you get a month after ordering is a 12" plastic piece of junk. Honestly hideous and a joke. And I paid $45! I'm not going to bother with trying to return it. It's going straight to the trash. I sent them an email but I'm not holding my breath, especially after just reading another review with this issue. ****** learned here too. I'm sticking to well-known brands, Amazon or Etsy from now on.

    Horrible experience wish I could choose zero stars. I think it's just a scam. I asked for VIP Shipping. After 10 business days it still had not shipped so i emailed them to cancel the order. Instead of responding to me they send me an email that it's shipped. I asked them to cancel it again, no response. it then sat there for a few days when i finally get it another 10 days later it's not even the right product. I ordered a 24" round wreath. They sent a 12" square wreath that was pathetic.

    What a scam! I ordered what appeared to be a large wreath for a front door for fall. What I received was a plastic wreath that I could fit a Campbell Soup can in the middle of, that's how tiny the wreath is.
    Everything is plastic and cheap looking, nothing like the pictures all over Pinterest. The return policy: must be in original clear packaging, 14 day return only, if on sale, no return, of course it's discounted so you buy it, you have to email them to get an address to send it back, I have emailed them I'm sure it will go the 14 days so I can't return it, the price was cut from its original price, so I can't return it due to that issue, I have to send a document saying I actually bought it? How did I receive it if I didn't buy it, I have my credit card info and the email I sent with the order #'s, I pay the shipping back and they decide if they'll take it back, which in turn means you buy it, they give you every reason you can't return it, you pay to ship them back their product and they keep the product!! BRILLIANT!!
    This company is a complete rip off... lesson learned.
