      Sunwest Mortgage is great. The service I received from the customer care specialist was exceptional. He gave me great advice on how to better manage my account for extra savings. He was a God sent. Bless him.

      Worst experience I've had during the home loan process, extensive delays in responses for loan, repeatedly asking for documents already submitted, no knowledge of process, unprofessional, lack of communication, providing false and misleading information. Not a trustworthy company, unreliable practices.

      Sun West Mortgage is terrible. They took me all the way through the loan process for a *** loan , charged me the fees for an appraisal required only to deny me the loan after 3 weeks for false accusations regarding Power of Attorney rights and their incompetentcy in the underwriting department. I'm an only child full time caregiver to my mother with Alzheimer's, in my mid 50's with no relatives family or friends for support. I am Power of Attorney , Hold the Medical Directive and with a Survivorship Deed on my mothers home property that we live in. Sun West Mortgage gave me the one of the worst experiences in my life. Accusations of fraud and coersion. I was guided here by ************ Lending. wasted everyones time for almost 1 month. Unbelievable

      lately I decided to pay extra money every month towards towards my mortgage principal, how ever every time I looked at my monthly statement it was never applied towards the principal!! they either put it in my escrow account or labeled as "UNAPPLIED". eventually I called and talk to one the loan advisors by the name ****** . he was extremally knowledgeable about mortgage and he helped me to get this matter solved and also suggested to adjust my monthly payment to reflect extra funds I was sending ever month. he eventually even help me to set up this account so my ********************** be paid off in 5 years instead of 16 years which was my goal. over all I am extremely happy with Sun West Mortgage Company and dedicated and knowledgeable staff.I WOULD DEFINETLY RECOMMAND THIS COMPAY FOR ANY ONE MORTGAGE NEED.Kayhan, *****
