      This company makes it nearly impossible to make it through their loan process. They are constantly losing submitted documents and prolonging the process by repetitively requesting documents that have already been sent to them. The lady who was supposed to be processing documents would take 3-4 days to respond and would just repeat answers that were vague and didnt actually clarify anything. Their AI program is terrible and their links would not work. Finally finished closing and then 5 months later (after being completely finalized and making payments) they randomly sent a letter saying they were reevaluating the loan and found they were missing a document and if we dont pay off the remainder of the loan (400k ) they will foreclose on the house in two weeks. No opportunity to provide documentation or other notice. WILD. Their customer service is difficult to reach. *** bought houses before and this experience was absolutely out of this world in the worst possible way. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy headaches.

      Amazing!! From the beginning of the process to now! Ive never received or answered a dissatisfied call from them. Every representative Ive spoken with other the past 2 years, has been very knowledgeable and helpful. Being nice is ALSO a big deal and I appreciate that GREATLY!!
