      The representative ******** was completely beyond amazing. She was kind, very professional knew what she was doing and at the same time had a sense of humor. This is how all people should be. It doesnt matter the business whatsoever. This is how everybody should act just like ******** very very fun person. People can learn from her. I pretty much just described her but again she was simply amazing. She deserves a pay raise or promotion honestly because you do not find people like this in different businesses/companies who are just so darn nice, polite, kind but kid joke and have a sense of humor shes amazing. ??

      Having issues financially and Chanse from Sun west mortgage continued to call consistently to offer options for assistance. He did not stop until he spoke with me. I am very appreciative of him and the Sun West Mortgage team. ****** listened as I told him my financial issues and did not judge my situation. It was a huge sigh of relief to hear my options and what they and HUD are willing to do to make sure we keep our homes. Thank you ****** and the Sun West Mortgage team.       ******* was cheerful and polite. She waived the fee for making my payment by phone since I couldn't access my account online. Then she resolved the issue with accessing my account. I couldn't ask for better service.
