      I recently applied for a Real Estate Tax Exemption from my county and the exemption was approved by the Commissioner of the Revenue. I needed to notify ******** so an updated Escrow Analysis could be performed to adjust my new mortgage payment. Not expecting anyone to answer the phone, on Memorial Day Weekend, I took a chance and what do you know, there was a very knowledgeable person at work, on Saturday, that told me exactly what I needed to know. This is ******************** ******** gets Five Stars in my book. We've been with them for over 10 years, and have always received super service. ******** Service agent NMLS ID 3277.

      I had an issue with my payment not posting. I spoke with ****************** and he was wonderful. He explained that it was an issue with my bank, not Sun West. He was very nice and provided me with an idea that could help me in the future with making my mortgage payment between the 1st - 10th of each month. I think that is a great idea and it fits into my financial plan. This way if I ever have an issue with my automatic payment, I will have time to get it resolved without the additional late fee. He was wonderful and very helpful. Sun West Mortgage Company has done an outstanding job with my mortgage. All of the associates in customer service I have spoken to have been very nice & professional.
