From the beginning of the process, I was anxious and unsure about the home purchase, but his expert guidance and extensive knowledge of the market put me at ease. Throughout the entire process, ******** was responsive, communicative, and always available to answer my questions and address my concerns. He made sure that everything went smoothly and that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Thanks to his excellent service, I am now the proud owner of a beautiful home that I absolutely love.       4/20/2023 I was reviewing my Loan online due to receiving notice of a document waiting for my review. I was greatly pleased to see that my escrow amount was decreasing and I had a balance to be returned. I was a bit confused about one item and I wanted to be clear so I called the loan servicing number. I was connected to a very nice pleasant man named ******. He totally explained everything to me so patiently and calm. I happened to mention that I have filed a Homestead on our property and he asked "did you send in a copy of the homestead". I said "no, I didn't know I needed to". He went on to tell me the importance of making sure the documents such as an award letter be forwarded directly to Sunwest Mortgage and why. Then he gave me step by step procedures on how to make sure Sunwest Mortgage get them. He continued by advising me of the email address and the way to send the email as well as to what to put in the subject line. He continued with the body of the email and also, what to ask for when I call back to confirm receipt of the documents I send. I am telling you, I have never had such a good customer service rep be so patient and kind and yet not talking down to me. ******, if you see this, You Are a Superstar! Thank you so much!
