She was friendly, extremely helpful and very knowledgeable.       ****************** is awesome! I **************** personally think she is one off the best at Sunwest.She was on point on all angles of her job. I was informed on a lot of information. **************** is very good at Sunwest. I personally feel ****************** need a big bonus or raise -MAYBE BOTH!!! ****************

      Every time I call into the call center I get the best customer service. I havent had a problem with getting any problems resolved and or any questions answered that I may have. Their team is very helpful with keeping customers, customers.

      ******** was great. She listened to what I was asking for (Payoff balance), she looked it up and made sure I understood the date and amount correctly. She was quick, polite and happily doing the service requested. Nice job. Customers don't always get that anymore.
