      Excellent ... phone call today. Did not have to wait long. Rep. effectively answered all my issues and concerns. She was nice kind and genually concerned about my issues and solving them. She was knowledgeable about how to best address my issues. I am pleased and hope I get her again... if i need to call again.

      This review is for ******, she was able to solve an issue that no one else wanted to look into and solve. She was able to explain and assist. As for SWMC themselves, they really, REALLY need to do training on mortgage assumptions.

      Sun west requires a minimum score of 500 well my husband is definitely there and they wanted us to send multiple documents just to turn around and say credit score is not high enough? That's some BS communication is non existing, it feels like they don't want to work with someone that doesnt have a perfect score so why even advertise for minimum score if your not willing to help?
