      I called today to learn more about how to handle the sale of my father's house, which was in a Reverse Mortgage through Sun West, and was very impressed with the ease of communication and the clear explanations from *********************. As **** explained the steps in the process of either buying the home ourselves or selling it, I took notes. After our conversation I was surprised to realize that all of my notes read like a manual with steps and explanations in chronological order. I didn't need to write them out any more plainly. Everyone at Sun West, from the start of this loan, with ***************************, over 1 year ago, to today have been very pleasant and patient in their interactions with any of us in the family. What a great experience.

      This morage company is a scam they request some documents and than request more and they give you false hopes of becoming a home owner but when you tell them you had a stroke and can't remember stuff that happened over 4 years ago they don't care there not there to help you so I would tell everyone to stay away from this company they are a fake

      I've been servicing my mortgage with Sunwest for almost a decade now. They were my first mortgage, then I refinanced out, and refinanced back in. I've always had good experiences, but I'll be honest. It was nothing spectacular and nothing to write home (or to a website) about. Enter today, where one of their customer service reps ********* went absolutely above and beyond in every way. She was kind and courteous, empathetic to my situation, and found solutions and took care of me. In a flooded and oversaturated mortgage servicer market where everyone acts like your friend but few really are, its nice to actually have someone like Miracle on my side. Thanks for the great customer service, and thanks SunWest for being a great mortgage banker. I'll stay with you guys even when we eventually buy our 5 million dollar home! #thinkpositive -****

      Chanse helped me today. I have been with Sun West for 6 years and have never had issues paying my payments until about May this year. I have been struggling to make them and stay caught up. Speaking with Chanse today he offered me several options to help me. This is the first time since I have been struggling that someone took the time to actually help me. I personally want to say thank you Chanse for laying my options out to me. You actually made me feel like I mattered and in today society that is difficult to receive. I give Chanse an A+, to be honest I wish he would have been the person I spoke with at the beginning. Thank you again Chanse for your awesome advice!
