    I placed an order on April 24th for a pair of glasses for a total of $29.40. As of today June 21st the order has not arrived. The tracking number they provided shows that the glasses were shipped but got lost along the way. At first because of the delay they gave me a partial refund of $5.95 for the shipping, however after several communications, they refuse to give me the rest of my money back. There has been at least 17 emails from them ignoring my request for a refund in the amount of $23.45. They are scam artists.

First and foremost, I would like to apologize for the dissatisfaction this shopping experience has caused. This was indeed not the way we wanted to serve. Regrettably, the order was initially delayed in production due to an inventory issue and later on the shipment it was sent in from overseas production was held in customs. Both of the situations were beyond our control nonetheless, we continuously tried to get them sorted out as soon as we can. The order was forwarded to you via USPS under tracking # ********************** but unfortunately, it got stuck in transit too for which the inquiry is still going on. Considering all the trouble you have gone through, we have refunded you in full (Transaction ID ***************************) as per our email conversation and will still send you the glasses if USPS sorts out the problem from their end. We are equally disappointed with the events occurred as they have caused an extreme frustration on our customer's end. Our deepest regrets for the overall inconvenience.
