CHEAP is what you get. Stay away I would give zero stars if I could. Took one month to ship from *********** to *************. It's a one hour drive. When the glasses arrived, they were broken. I contacted Goggles4u. Numerous e-mails back and forth. I spent way too much effort just trying to get a refund that I finally gave up.They just wanted to send me another CHEAP pair of glasses, I already have seen the build quality, all I wanted was a refund. I would stay away from here, bad customer service.Goggles4U.com

Great customer service. Glasses came within a month. Price was excellent (about a 1/4 of other retailers) I ordered progressives with photochromic.Goggles4U.com

Placed an order on the 4th., and reveiwing their website - chose the ***** day delivery. However, that's misleading. They drop ship to ****** - and then sort in ****** - Its been 15 days - the glasses are still not in the country, there is no tracking available. I ordered them for a specific event next week. They need to be MUCH clearer on how their logistics work, and what the ACTUAL delivery time looks like. It's frustrating, and I'm now out of pocket some money, and attending an event with my old glasses.Goggles4U.com

Placed 2 orders in the last few months. 1st ordered delayed for over a month kept calling and kept getting the same response 5-12 days until they finally arrived 6 weeks later. Just say they are taking longer than expected. I understand it happens. 2nd order were never delivered due to insufficient postage. So I called about that. Said when we get the returned package we will resend it. So I wait a couple weeks still never received it. Contact them again. Tell me to go to the post office pay the shortage email the receipt and they will give the postage shortage back. Are u kidding me. I already paid the shipping plus the package was supposed to have been shipped back to them by now. So now they said they will reissue my order and send it out asap so they are looking at my order but what do u know they are out of stock on all my frames so now they want me to pick others out that cost the same. I don't think so ... i finally got so aggravated... demanded a refund. Never again.Goggles4U.com

I understand issues happen but 2 orders in a row ... then you send out a survey with an email address that you want people who are dissatisfied to contact . I tried doing that before writing a review and no response. I am better off paying a bit extra and getting good customer service.Review fromMichele W

Ordered glasses and after about a month received them. They were wrong design as I paid for bifocals and they gave me single vision glasses and the wrong prescription. They offered to remake them correcting the problem after I sent them a copy of the prescription. Been waiting 2 months, no shipping confirmation number and no glasses. I can't work with the **** without a package number so I've been stuck. Only thing they have been diligent about is charging me so I filed a dispute because of the limitations on my rights if didn't act. I can't say they didn't ship them but without confirmation number I'm stuck!Customer service is a nightmare sitting on hold for hours until life makes me give up. While this process was going on I had a death in the family so I surely could be a victim of porch pirates because grieving took precedence over watching for a package It could have been picked up by a neighbor though none remember it. I don't think they understand my predicament and if this is how they are going to do business . Avoid the headache Zenni may be more expensive but it was a far better experienceGoggles4U.com

I ordered glasses almost one month ago. I have asked twice where my glasses are. First they asked for the order number...which I gave them. The second time they sent me a generic message which was confusing. It said they didn't have a tracking number but they noticed that the glasses were shipped. What???? I am very upset because I don't think they know what they are doing. I ordered from another online glasses company back in March. Those glasses came in 9 days...without expedited shipping . If they don't know where my order is....how the heck am I to know. They had no problem taking my husband's credit card number. I think they may be getting their glasses back if they ever arrive.Thank you ***********************Goggles4U.com

Not gonna lie I was UPSET expecting my glasses in around 2 weeks. I got the regular shipping. A few days short of a month, they finally came. But honey let me tell you!!!! These are the most amazing glasses! The material, the shape, the weight, the fit....... AMAZING!!!!!Goggles4U.com

I placed an order around 5/2024, the order took forever to arrive anyway, I start using the glasses, it broke after one week. I contacted customer service and sent them a picture of the broken product. I requested a replacement, they agreed to issue a replacement. I never heard for two months, then I emailed again to enquire about the new order. They claimed j didnt confirm that I needed a replacement, then I took screenshot and I showed them the conversation between me and the customer service, then nothing happened and still nothing happenedGoggles4U.com

I purchased glasses from Goggles4u, customer service, Zac. ***** and got nothing. I sent so many emails to to no avail. I heard so many lies, I asks them was this a real company. I ordered May 16, 2024 and I'm June 2024. First I was told they never go my prescription. I was told I did not send a correct order. I have gotten several *** spams saying the did not have my email but they took my money from my bank. I talked to a Zac force hours with first on excuse them another, and finally he admitted I did do the form correct.He had my work email at the **************** and my personal email, I still never got my glasses. Then they told me they could go into my bank account and take money for *** shipping fees, and on glasses. I told them they better not.I sent an email to asks if they were a real company or just scamming people money. No reply. Today is July 9th 24 no glasses. I finally told them they stole my money.
