The website selling pads and rotors for vehicles is unnecessary convoluted and creates a common issue in customers ordering the wrong item. In my case I ordered pads and rotors for my 2017 Mercedes GLE 43 AMG in which there were 4 dropdown options that said they would fit my car. Upon further inspection the part did not fit despite the information given on the website. When looking through reviews for the company, it seems many others have fallen victim to the poor UI of their website. This is a copy of the last email I sent to this business.I hope this message finds you well.I recently ordered brake pads and rotors for a 2017 Mercedes GLE 43 AMG through your website. Unfortunately, upon receipt, I found that the parts did not fit my vehicle. I understand that returns are a part of the process, and I am willing to cover the cost of return shipping. However, I must express my concern regarding the 15% restocking fee. The order was placed using your website's drop-down menu, which should reasonably guide customers to the correct parts for their specific vehicles. Given this, I believe that the restocking fee may not be appropriate in this case, as the selection was made in good faith based on the options provided on your platform.I would appreciate your reconsideration of this fee under the circumstances.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response.Best regards,*******

    Hi,

Will go ahead and make exception and wave restocking fees, but consumer is responsible for shipping charges for shipping back unused products. Thank you.

I went to Brake Performance in October 2022 and purchased brake caliber parts. The parts are defective. I requested a refund and after much back and forth, they finally gave me a partial refund. I am not satisfied with a partial refund. I have returned all of the parts as requested. They say I cannot get my full refund because I have not returned the defective parts but I did return everything. I am an 83 year old man and I do not have the time or patience for businesses that take advantage of seniors. I would like my full refund. Thank you

#******** was refunded in full despite of partial usage of purchased parts and numerous exchanges and refunds.
