  All they do is trap you into buying their product even after you constantly tell them you don't have that kind of money. Introstem stores you ****. What type of company doesn't have a return policy. One that I think is doing something shady. I want my money back. They are taking advantage of people on how they do business. They keep talking and when you tell them you don't have that kind of money they DONT LISTEN. THEY JUST KEEP PRESSING AND PRESSING UNTIL YOU GET SO FED UP YOU BUY THE **** PRODUCT JUST TO BE LEFT ALONE. I kept telling the sales lady I couldn't afford the product. I tried getting up but she just kept saying one second you will love this deal. I got so fed up she wasn't listening.

  Can yall stop with the carts outside my favorite store in ************ in ********, **? Your salespeople are pushy and fake nice to get you to talk to them. I just want to shop in peace. The gal today said hi I like your jacket. How old are you? I have something for your under eyes. Girl please. I look phenomenal for my age and NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS. Hot tip: dont ask women how old they are. I also noticed ZERO men being approached and asked the same question. JUST STOP.

  I placed an order with Bionyx and received my package via ***** on 4/3/2023. The problem is that the shipment was missing half the order. The box did not appear to have been opened nor damaged in transit. The weight on the pacjage shipping label stated **** lbs., but the weight was 1.2 lbs. I have called Bionyx numerous times but all they say is the entire shipment was sent and imply that I am lying when I complain about the order being short on arrival. Now they have undoubtly blocked my number because all I can get is voicemail to leave a message. After numerous attempts and multiple messages being left for their supervisor to return my call to no avail I am filing a formal complaint. Bottom line is I have paid for product that I have not received and Bionyx is unwilling to do anything about it. I would caution anyone to think twice before doing business with them.

  This company spews numerous lies to exploit customers. In my case, they promised me free products and facials for a year, and didnt follow through. They also told me that I would be paying for the device I purchased via an instalment plan with their company. It was actually a third party company that specializes in high-interest loans that they signed me up for. Third, I was told the blue light device was safe for all, and it was used on me in a demo before I even decided to purchase it. In actually, its not approved for pregnancy, and I suffered an early miscarriage. Not 100 percent sure if the device is responsible for this, but it will haunt me and my family for the rest of my life.I hope this company finally gets shut down for their scam-like practices.

  I wish that I could give them a Zero. I won a Wrinkle Cream through them and ****** said it wasn't a scam, but when filling out the form to get my win, the form took my win away, because I don't live in **********, which it had no rules on ******** and Instagram, stating that we had to live there. The giveaway said that we had to live in the US. I emailed him several times, where he said they are legit & gave me a number to call. When calling, I was told by an automated lady, that "no one is available to take your call" and sent me straight to voicemail. I recommend everyone to stay far away from this company. I'm horrified to see that they are up and running.I hope they lose all business (whatever they have left) and cease to exist by ****.

  In the August I had bought a ELD device from the store. I came with with facial creams and 10 facial treatments. First treatment was great. When I have second one I was happy. Second facial treatment I bought second device with 12 facial treatment. Same afternoon my face started to burning I had terrible night. Next day I contact the person who did my treatment. I informed him in this time I have to return the purchase.
  My face skin is under a treatment of my doctor still is not healed . I want to the store,but they refused and told me there boss will call me. Still waiting. We sent twice a demand letter and they didn't accept them.
  There just ignored me. Never apologize for hurting my face.
  Only I want is return products which thank to there treatment I will never use and refused to pay for it.

  Sales person very pushy and dishonest, not counting the high price the products was sold with lies and deceitful ways starting with not establishing the company policy of no returns.
  The sales lady enforced a company policy from a letter size peace of paper handwritten No returns in a far corner of the store after the purchase was done, even after we explain the purchase was made on error and ask to cancel the purchase she refuse to help enforcing the so call company policy.
  this is a business malpractice, costumers be aware before you buy from this store or person in particular.

  I will make people aware of this shady sales tactics before innocent shoppers set foot on this store.
