      Sadly, social media is often the only way to make a point. We ordered three very expensive wall lights; 2 of them were manufactured in the **, and one from *****. The one made in ***** is a clearly a different light than the 2 from the **. The wiring is different; the light socket is different; and the quality of the finish is different. When I spoke to customer service and called this a "bait and switch" the response was indignant - and not customer focused. We have bought lighting from Lamps Plus for years based on quality. I would urge them to be aware - if a manufacturer or country of origin should change on an expensive product, you should test the new product. Particularly if you send old inventory alongside the new inferior product.

      I ordered three carriage lights and later ordered a post light. Shipping was very prompt and the quality of the lights way exceeded my expectations! They were beautiful and added so much to the curb appeal of our home. Thank you Lamps Plus!
