After several weeks of contact, only a partial refund of 1530% was offered, which is unacceptable. I request a full refund and free return pickup.     Purchased two GT1 scooters about three months ago in March. One is fine so far, but we noticed the other was wobbly on the main steering bar, finding there was a crack all the way around the bottom of it where it was welded. It is definitely a manufacturer's defect and have been back and forth with Isinwheel now for three weeks. First told me that they were not responsible for it since it was purchased from a website that was not ************************. However the warranty that came with it says it has a one year time frame and the people at ******** where it was purchased nudged them to stop delaying my warranty issue and repsond asap. To which they finally did. They then wanted to send us a new bar and suggested we work on it ourselves but this would involve disconnecting all wires that power it and also the brakes. Do not feel comfortable doing this. Then suggested their Texas facility could pick it up to work on it but that we wouldn't have it back for quite some time. But this is also thousands of miles from my home! I then asked for a replacement for the scooter and now have not heard back from them in four days. I want a scooter that actually works and I want it now. I paid $500 for this scooter and now it is just sitting here and it was only used for about 7 weeks before we found the issue. For them to suggest the customer work on a scooter with no knowledge of how to is beyond ridiculous, then suggesting their facility that is 2000 miles from me could pick it up and work on it, instead of just offering a refund or replacement is also beyond ridiculous. I want them to take care of this. Can someone please help me?

    My son was given an electric scooter for his birthday last ************. He was riding the scooter on a sidewalk last week, 6/4, and the stem that connects the handlebars to the base completely broke off, sending him flying to the ground. Every limb has scrapes and bruises, we are very lucky he was injured more severely. The stem is metal and just sheered right in half! The company boasts a 12 month warranty and after going back and forth via email daily (because no one on the phone can help and you are directed to email) we still have no resolution. I have emailed them photos, taken a video as requested and shares all of the necessary information to look up the order, purchased by his grandmother. The most recent email from overnight states that After reviewing your case, I want to clarify that, as per our warranty policy, exchanges for scooters are covered within the warranty period. However, our return and exchange policy specifies that free exchanges are only available within 30 days of receiving the scooter. Since your scooter was purchased in August of last year, unfortunately, it falls outside this 30-day window, and we are unable to provide a free replacement. Nothing in their warranty states anything about a 30 day policy. I have screenshots from this morning of their warranty. At this point, I have no confidence that we will see any resolution based on reviews we have now read online. You only get replies overnight and every ************************************************ the morning but will never get a reply until the next day. Like I said, this has been over a week now and zero progress has been made. My son just wants a scooter to ride!

    I bought a scooter from isinwheel for about $530 dollars but after tax it was about $570. It came with a one year warranty that covered electrical malfunctions and motor issues. About 7 months in, the motor started resisting and died. I emailed them about it and after some back and forth they offered me my choice of a refund without having to return the product or a replacement. I emailed them back telling them I wanted a refund and not a replacement. They have ghosted my emails. I even sent a few emails asking for refund confirmation but I have not heard back.

    I made a purchase with an electric scooter company. After my warranty for return was over, the scooter broke on a manufactured welding part, the company informed me that the part had to be ordered. The company informed me that the part was beyond repair and that it was covered for twelve months warranty, however it would take 45 to 75 days for the part to come in. in the meantime we came to a resolution for shipping fee for a brand new scooter. The company sent me the payment link. After they sent me the payment link, the company then altered the payment link for the payment to be cheaper than what we agreed on. I was not aware that they altered it. However, when I went to make the payment, it It gave me the lesser payment amount, so I made the the payment now. The company is telling me after they altered it. It's my fault because I should have paid more. Or I should have confirmed with them. Then I had the right link. My link was a $200 shipping link. When I clicked on the link, it said, congratulations you. No longer have to pay 200. You can now pay 50 for an Easter discount. After the company found out that I had made the payment and gone through with it and I sent them the confirmation. They tell me I'm wrong. I should have called them. To let them know that they made a mistake. And that I cannot have my product until I pay further.I have all the emails I just don't know how to attach them.

    I bought a scooter from them on December 19, 2024. I received the order on December 21, 2025. Everything was fine until January 16, 2025, exactly 26 days later, it wouldnt turn on so I contacted them letting them know that the product they sold was not turning on and requested an exchange. They responded by telling me to work on the scooter myself, diagnose it myself and theyll send the right part so I can fix it myself. I told them no I requested an exchange within 30 days and they said to take it to a repair shop and theyll reimburse me. I tried letting them know that I requested for an exchange in time and they said it is now past the 30 days policy. I just want to get an exchange for my product, and they dont want to give me it. Can you please help me out.

    I have recently purchased a product from this business and have not received it nor have I received a reasonable solution to the situation created by their lack of operational organization. This business has lost the product I have paid for and upon my request for cancelation the business has proposed I sit and hope the package arrives. **** has not received the package I was charged for and I don't believe they will. I suspect this business is stealing from its clients and the previous ******************************************************** resolving this issue and prevent this from happening to anyone else.

    I purchased an Isinwheel bike off of Amazon from Isinwheel Direct on November 24th. The bike was for Christmas and was put together Christmas Eve. When we noticed the poor quality of the bike and that the trotted was broken. On Christmas we called and left a VM. We called the holiday number listed. No call back. I emailed them and have gone back and forth for MONTHS. I tried to resolve the issue with ******. They said I had to work directly with Isinwheel. Isinwheel said I and to work with special Amazon isinwheel staff which I dont believe even exists. I wanted to return he bike but I was told I have to pay for shipping which would cost more then the bike even cost. I refused. In the meantime my husband ordered a throttle off the isinwheel direct site on January 5th as this was our sons main Christmas gift. We have still NOT received the ordered throttle we purchased. On top of that, isinwheels customer service agreed to replace the throttle. I just opened today. Its just a random cord. I am beyond frustrated at this point. I want to return the bike and I demand a full refund. I shouldnt have to be pushed and pulled around.

    Purchased the skateboard for my son for Christmas he could not pair the remote to the skateboard. Informed company on 12-30-24 after going back and forth they sent a new remote but it was for a newer version skateboard and it would not connect. Then they wanted to send us the entire memory board to replace. I'm not electrician and refused so I asked for a refund or upgrade to the newer version and they would not upgrade and wanted more money instead of offsetting what I had already paid then they keep emailing that i'm over the ******************************************************************************************************************************* to pay for shipping. I sent them their defective refund policy which they say within 30 days all fees and charges were covered for return/exchange/repair. Its been close to 3 months of dealing with this and now I want my full refund they can sent return label for defective board and they should be obligated to pay a penalty for the way they have been handling this claim as this is deceptive based on their advertisement

    I ordered a scooter and I received it but it does not work. I along with my son have been trying to contact this company to return it and get the money back. They dont answer the phone and they say to email them because they dont have enough employee to answer phones. We have emailed and left several voicemails with no response. My son has had a response and they are trying to make him trouble shoot and they want him to do repairs to the scooter. Its been over three weeks and no one will tell us how to return this faulty product. We need help because now instead of trying to make him repair the broken scooter they are totally ignoring us. I have filed a complaint with my Discover card also. Please help us!!
