    Initially the seller Isinwheel they cant deliver a package . No customer services help to resolve issue. I bought an e scooter from them.Then I cancelled the order,But then they still deliver to me. I refused the package as they said I should but they lie saying I never refused it. Then few days later, they delivered the package after 12 midnight quietly at my front door.This happened after I canceled the order and refused the package delivery.I can help to return the package to them with a prepaid label they given me. But for a heavy package they need to pay a fee for a pick up at my house but they refuse to arrange for pickup and consistently email me to disturb me without willing to arrange the pick up themselves.Bad bad company to do business with and this is the 2nd reviews I wrong about them. *** where had my first review went.

    Do not ever buy from this company.There are so many bad reviews of them online.I bought a e scooter never deliver, each time the drivers come but leave without dropping the package off.I try to communicate with the seller and carrier but no one helps. After seeing a lot of bad reviews online with their product, I contacted the seller to cancel the order. I even refuse the package once as I was home. The driver took it back but lie claim that I never refuse it. They somehow said it has no record me refusing the package. Then few days later, another driver delivered this package at my door middle of the night after 12am.The seller then claim it was delivered to me. I have already cancelled the order and seller has already received the order cancellation request & agree with it. Why on earth they will have the driver redeliver and during midnight?! Bad bad company .

    I purchased an electric scooter from Isinwheel in May 2023, and it worked well until it needed to be replaced due to normal wear and tear. I commute with it every day. I purchased another electric scooter from Isinwheel in October 2024, and it was not functional when it arrived. I asked for a return/replacement within their 30-day return policy. After more back/forth with the company and additional efforts on my part to fix the scooter, Isinwheel refused to honor a return "because it was now outside of the 30-day return policy". They offered to send a new motor, or a replacement scooter that was a downgrade from what I had purchased and had been refurbished. I still had to pay $50 for the shipping. I chose the replacement scooter and paid $50 for shipping. That order was damaged in transit multiple times before a scooter finally made it to me a month later. THAT scooter was also damaged upon arrival. I let the company know. They finally offered to refund "between 20-65%" of the cost of the original scooter, pending inspection at their warehouse, and offered to send a shipping label. I have asked for the shipping label multiple times, and have not received it. Finally, I contacted my bank and requested to stop payment on the original scooter, totaling $429.99. The bank has given me a credit and are investigating the issue. I will gladly send the original scooter back, but I will not pay to ship an item that does not work or serve me in any way. I don't know what to do about the replacement scooter that arrived damaged. I've offered to send it back, and have requested a shipping label for that also, but nothing has been provided. All I can do about that is request a stop payment on the $50 shipping fee I paid for the replacement scooter. This has been a mess, the company has sent me nothing but damaged goods and are being extremely obstructionist about resolving the issues. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ISINWHEEL, it's so bad that it has to be a scam :-(

    This is a horrible company so far and it is getting worse each business day that has passed. False advertising They lie about shipping even when you pay more for 2 to 3 day shipping. There is no customer service, no one ever answers the phone and you are lucky if you get an email response the only response that i have received was in the beginning of purchase. This company needs to be held accountable for not providing honest business of consumers. I have already reported the problem to my bank for investigation. I believe that I have been scammed for $592.00. A tracking number and shipping label was created thru ***** but I spoke to ***** they told me it has many red flags and ***** has not been called to pick up the item label was created on 12/4 . I am still unable to get a response from this company. I have left voicemails and emails.The contact information is not true such as hours of operation ect. After checking reviews it seems this shady company has a habit of this type of deceitful customer service. In my opinion someone should shut this company down until they can get their act together.

    Issue description- since the day we received the scooter it has not charged. It has been 3 weeks and we have tried multiple times to contact the company but get nowhere on how to resolve this issue! We bought this scooter for our son to go back and forth to school because we dont qualify for a bus.This has been the most frustrating and unprofessional experience with a company!

    I bought an ebike from them. When it showed up it had parts on it that where not shown or mentioned on the website (false advertisement). So I took the ugly pieces off so it looked like what I paid for but now there is no way of mounting the brake light because there was not a bracket included, like there is in the picture on there website. When emailing them they wanted pictures. I sent them. Then they said they sent me something different than what I purposely searched out because some of there customers like that.... But it's not what I ordered. Save your hard earned dollars and spend them elsewhere.

    DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Order a new lcd screen paid for 2-5 business days shipping with ********* Week gone by and all I have is a tracking number with **** saying waiting for package drop off. Cant call the company to speak to anyone only email. They have responded to my first email with the **** tracking number and she said it was waiting for **** drop off. Then would never reply to my other 5 emails asking for an update.

    Do NOT purchase from this company!! We have 3 scootere all bought since august! We have had to exchange one already that one ?has been sent back again!!! After weeks of messaging got that refunded! Then my son has one away at school only gets rode on ?campus. Back wheel has locked up and he cannot ride it anymore and all they keep telling me to do is to take it to a local shop and get it fixed. Why would I want to spend $1000 on a scooter and have to take it somewhere and get it fixed within a couple months of owning it? These are not cheap we bought three for our family and the third one that we have, stopped abruptly while husband was driving (full battery) and about through him from the scooter into traffic. *** tried communicating with them, but they do not speak English, you are dealing with a company from *****! They did refund $80 for me to take the scooter and get it fixed but again Im trying to explain to them weve spent $3000 on scooters I do not want to have to pack it up and Find someone to fix this I shouldnt have to!!! when *** spent this kind of money on a scooter I expect it to work and last!! Within 2 1/2 months All three of the scooters have serious issues and we feel very unsafe and we dont even want to sell them because that would be selling a product to someone that could possibly harm them! I will be posting this anywhere and everywhere that I can, do not purchase from them?! There has to be other reputable companies that are easy to work with and hopefully American made.

    Beware!!! We bought an electric scooter for my son and unfortunately he was in an accident shortly after the purchase. A local repair shop needed us to get a replacement part so we contacted the company. It took over a month of back and forth emails and calls to eventually be told they could not get me a part-which in and of itself is a red flag. In the end, they offered to sell me a manufacturer refurbished scooter for $100. In less than a week, the scooter was unsafe to ride. There were significant problems with the steering component and a pin that holds the stick upright and is used to collapse it fell out. It has been over a week of back and forth emails and the very best the company will do is send me a replacement pin, compensate me $20, and suggest use glue or pay for it to be fixed at a local repair shop to fix the problem with the steering component. Please reconsider a purchase from this company unless you want problems and headaches and to ultimately be out a great deal of money and time!!!!
